I liked it a lot but the young crane operator got a ticking off for booting Tim Shaw (who also reminded me of the Hyrogen in Star Trek Voyager) over the side when I thought Tim Shaw was melting due to the backfiring of his DNA bombs, so the young guy did him a favour really. Or do I need to watch it again. I probably will

@Barnable The Time Monster was first shown in 1972, there is plenty of discussion of it here and a complete synopsis on the DW wiki so spoilers are impossible.

There are several people inside the nethersphere who are real (i.e. not dead) including the Dr. ,Missy, Clara, Seb, and the other staff of Missy. Missy killed one so he wasn’t already dead. Therefore a child born in the nethersphere could leave with a Tardis or just walk out the front door it seems.
