Hence the instant connection and fondness. But I think I like your idea better: that he remembers her from before the time stream memory loss and goes to look for her!</p>

I think Moffat just gave an explanation for why the Eccleston Doctor picked Rose &#8211; but he also gave an explanation why The Momen picked Bad Wolf as her appearance.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href='http://www.thedoctorwhoforum.com/members/badwolfie/' rel="nofollow">@badwolfie</a>   I think you are correct.   The War Doctor&#8217;s memory would fuzz, but he should still remember the interface.   It might explain why he decided to take Rose Tyler along with him, rather than just keep going it alone.</p>
