I was enormously indebted to <a href='http://www.thedoctorwhoforum.com/members/janetteb/' rel="nofollow">@JanetteB</a> regarding Lady Cranleigh’s dress. I’ve always found it naggingly familiar and I never realised it was retooled for Sophia Myles in <em>Girl in the Fireplace</em>. Good spot.</p>
