									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href='http://www.thedoctorwhoforum.com/members/ultimatecompanion/' rel="nofollow">@UltimateCompanion</a> &#8211; the doctor cheated. his first arrow was a homing arrow, so it had mechanical/computer components in it. thus, presumably, could also have had a &#8220;detonating tip,&#8221; or something similar?</p>
