									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi i have a copy of the doctor who bluray season 1, but i nootice that the sides have been cut and it is not full 16:9 aspect ratio, it has small black bars at the side about 1cm from each side. But on the original air of the show, it was broadcast in 16:9 with not black bars, can anybody else confirm their bluray is also not 1080p 16:9.</p>
