Danny’s death baffles me a bit, (mostly because of Orson) so hopefully that will get explained in Season 9.

I suspect it will be somewhat sooner than that.

Pretty much my only complaint about this entire episode is Osgood dying, yes I understand it was for dramatic storytelling, but they could’ve easily had it be someone we did…
