<p>The boy&#8217;s return certainly requires the re-formation of a living human body, since the boy&#8217;s own body (a) was killed several years ago and (b) presumably became a Cyberman and exploded in the clouds.  So presumably that&#8217;s a capability that can be used again?</p>
