<p>I&#8217;d rate the Weeping Angels as the best Doctor Who monster ever. The most frightening. The fact that they didn&#8217;t have to move (on camera) was a big asset &#8211; many frightening-looking monsters became a little bit silly when they actually had to move and do stuff. The Angels didn&#8217;t risk that.</p>

Is the twist you are referring to the line about the local population having  two heads and realising that the statues only have one. Love that moment.</p>
