I&#8217;ve never watched the &#8220;first&#8221; Doctors, other than an episode or two. In those days, we only had one TV when The Doctor was running on &#8220;public television&#8221;, and my wife wasn&#8217;t a fan of SciFi. The sacrifices we make.</p>
