<p>Very, very sad news. A truly great actor. So many of his performances meant so much to me.</p>
<p>Malcolm Scrawdyke, Caligula, Winston Smith. The list just goes on and on.</p>
<p>I will always rember him as Bill in &#8220;Rocinante&#8221;, a totally unique, poetic and radical film about Thatcher&#8217;s Britain. Probably forgotten, but not by me.</p>
