Repeated on BBC3 on 1 March. The TARDIS lands in a Shining-esque hotel where every visitor’s room contains their deepest, darkest fears.
You can watch it here until 8 March: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b014vy02

Thank you Doctor Who Forum.
At first I avoided this episode after watching it once. It creeped me out and I thought it lacked any of the funny parts to take the edge off. But since the reason I joined this forum was to get a deeper understanding of Doctor Who, I gave it another try. I found more humor at the beginning than the first time I saw it – the gorilla coming out of the bathroom holding t.p. would usually make me laugh (but still didn’t because of creepiness) and the P.E. teacher yelling at Eleven (managed to make me smile). But the fun part of this episode for me is, solving the mystery by figuring out which room belongs to which character and as a reward you get some very important information about the characters. I have posted my answers in the spoilers forum (24196), if you are interested in seeing them.
Just in case there is anyone else avoiding this episode, I would now recommend it. Now, I think of this episode as an interactive experience, unlike any other episode I have watched.

16 May 2014 at 22:51 #27551I’m not with my DVD collection at the moment, but I think (with @wolfweed) this is the bit you’re are talking about.
I stole your childhood and now I’ve led you by the hand to your death. But the worst thing is I knew. I knew this would happen. This is what always happens. Forget your faith in me. I took you with me because I was vain. Because I wanted to be adored. Look at you, glorious Pond. The Girl Who Waited for me. I’m not a hero. I really am just a madman in a box. And it’s time we saw each other as we really are. Amy Williams. It’s time to stop waiting.

3 June 2014 at 08:53 #27985I loved this episode the fact that it shows that how easy peoples darkest fears can push them over the edge of sanity and hollow people out inside is genius
but thats just what i got from it please dont hurt me haha 😛
27 June 2014 at 20:00 #28493You know guys I think they rushed the Doctor’s greatest fear in this episode… I mean they didn’t show it but, when they shown it on Time of the Doctor it was shocking I have to say but they shouldn’t have shown it. It could of remained a mystery I personal think it could of been himself of the TARDIS dying or even the Master. that’s all I have to say… by the way I’m new!
