@jimthefish In regards to the regeneration rule, supposedly the Doctor only has 12 regenerations, and with John Hurt, that would put him on his 12th, but if you remember back to Let’s Kill Hitler, River gave the Doctor all her remaining regenerations when she healed him so I’m wondering if that was a plan from Moffat to get around the regeneration limit. It would give the Doctor at least 9 more regenerations.
