    Thanks for the insight. here is an example:

     

    There is a guy named Alex and he has a space ship that is shaped like a fish and it can randomize into different shapes. Alex looks like the tenth doctor and some of his behavioral traits are the same. Do you think I can get away with that?

    Thanks for your timely reply. What if I used a character in a non doctor who story but that character only looked like one of the doctors but wasn’t the doctor and he had a different name but had a space ship that was in another shape other than a police box?

    Hey everyone, I am an artist and writer and am interested in making doctor who cartoons. How can I legally do this without being sued into the ground by the BBC?
