    I just watched it again on iplayer. At 8:42 the Doctor clearly states he switched it from 1 to 2 Hearts – no mention of expanding it to both. Take another look 👀

    Ok – Am I missing something here ? The Doctor set the control for the Cyberman to only attack people with 2 hearts. Now since that wasn’t turned back, why would the Cybermen be a threat to humans anymore ???
