Here’s a bit of Bugsy Malone

I got Surrender by The Chemical Brothers at Poundland yesterday. After giving it a listen, this is my favourite track. The music video for it is brilliant as well.

Some good acting, but not a particularly good film.

I really like this story. It gives Troughton a chance to show his range as an actor. I also enjoy the 60’s spy film vibe it gives off, it sort of reminds me of the early Connery Bond’s. I much preferred it to the found at the same time Web of Fear which I felt started off with two excellent episodes and quickly lost steam.

I’ve got a question. I haven’t seen any of Bill Forsyth’s other films, which ones would you recommend I watch?

A wonderful and very funny film. It’s one of those films you either love or you haven’t seen it.

I don’t know if any of you remember a little gem called Antz. It came out around the same time as A Bugs Life, but I think it’s actually better.This is for several reasons. @bluesqueakpip To be fair if I was an actor I would probably agree to do the film for that reason. I’ve never had a problem with actors doing things for the money or whatever, they have to pay the bills too.
