I don’t think Missy was the Master.. The Master is too big of a character to play in a small manner.

Why would the Master tell Doctor Who about the coordinates of Gallifry? Iam sure 5he Doctor knows the original coordinates and besides I am quit sure the Time Lords will look for the Doctor when the reappear.
