I remember somewhere Steven Moffat teased a big, controversial change to the mythos would occur in this episode…what was it?

I have noticed a mistake in which The Doctor seems to shorten his opening sentence (when he steps out of the teleporter). For example, in the beginning he says “I am the Doctor” and overall takes longer to speak that line, yet when the next version arrives later on in the story, he says “I’m the Doctor” and takes less time to speak the line, of…[Read more]

@spacedmunkee I’m not sure about the Silurian thing but I can tell you that The Doctor asked her what she said “1.85 minutes ago” not 18 minutes ago.

@countscarlioni If you look closely at the names at the beginning, “Doctor” is there, except it’s going vertically instead of horizontally.

Overall I really enjoyed this episode, just not sure about the fourth wall breaking, I generally don’t like that in any media.

Correct me if I’m wrong but last week The Doctor said the ghosts can only hold metal…. yet one of the ghosts managed to hold Clara’s phone this week.

After a re-watch, I definitely appreciate this episode a lot more.

I think I better re-watch, some of you are mentioning things I haven’t even picked up on, such as the earworm.

Gonna be honest this episode wasn’t quite what I was expecting, I think it’s just that the pacing is different to recent series so I need to adjust.

Looking forward to next week though! The time travel aspect should be interesting.
