I think a comic-con panel had Billie Piper. A fan asked the question …..the only question that can ever be asked! “Are you the doctor?” And Piper said “I’m not the Doctor I’m Rose Tyler on hiatus.”

@thane16 I think @miapatrick‘s suggestion about Billie Piper being the Tardis is intriguing. Same as with The Moment. We never really got a satisfying resolution to that. She was there one moment, gone the next (in Billie Piper form, anyway). It could be that another reunion between her and Tennant Doc is an idea that’s percolating.

But I did get to see the episodes. Not only that, the library has them as hard media, meaning that anyone who has a DVD player can watch them and isn’t relying on the vagaries…[Read more]

Having watched both “Wish World and “The Reality War” back to back, I’ll reserve most of my comments for the finale. I thought this was beautifully acted by all, especially Ncuti Gatwa, Varada Sethu and Millie Gibson. RTD does have a knack for bringing back past companions to join the team and save the world.
