Posts arrive quicker than I can read them, so sorry if someone has already said this, but there have been suggestions that Clara might be a The Master. A character is only supposed to be able to coexist with themselves under certain conditions, not as a norm… Or has that time restriction gone now…

I don’t know if we are allowed to refer to The Inspector (US spoof show) here, but when the Daleks were waiting for Clara to run, I couldn’t help thinking ‘less talking, more fleeing’.

Couple of thoughts to throw in the the pot:

I wondered if the Doctor was waking up in Pompeii.

I was expecting all of last season to be a ‘Bobby in the shower’ moment. Good call about her flat/house.

If we return to an old theory about people being transmitted away by Missie before they die, then Danny ought to be safe unless he presses that button – he’s not dead…

Apropos nothing, I was quite tickled that one of the key saving places was a copy of The Time Traveller’s Wife – one of my favourite books. Were any of the other hiding places significant/memorable?

As someone old enough to have watched from day 1, I was impressed with the quality of ep1 of Unearthly Child, and suprised how poor the next 3 were. Now if only we can get them to repeat the Dalek epidodes…
