Ok so recently, im not entirely sure when but B & M stores across the UK have just dropped new Doctor who figurines. Each is based off of a single story or big finish audio. some better appealing than others. Personally I have only been able to get a hold of one. This being “The Seventh Doctor Collector Figure set.

Now this set contains The Seventh Doctor (Obviously), A Cyberman and a Cyberleader.

The models are fairly nice however The Doctor’s coat is way too white.

The other designs I personally am unaware of the quality but I can confirm to you that they are all limited edition and once gone they will be practically impossible to find or afford, however “The Seventh Doctor Collector Figure Set” which I obtained was £19.99 from B & M themselves.

This was definitely one of the most heartbreaking and emotional stories. Mainly because throughout parts 1’2 & 3 it plays out like a normal story. But in part four of course we don’t just see the departure of one of my favourite companions (Adric) we also see the destruction of him. This shows that doctor who is changing. It’s learning how to emotionally effect us. This also shows how much of a child Adric actually was. He was always trying to impress the doctor with his intelligence. But of course he goes a little bit out of his depth and can’t prevent the inevitable. What are your views on this?
