Happy belated Birthday to  @Arbutus

So Punk — @puroandson   –    Definitely the Clash

most punk rock was angry protest class struggle music and a lot of it was rubbish but not all of it.

and Iggy Pop —  this is 1 YT vid I particularly like with scenes from old flicks to a great song…[Read more]

Good morning all you beautiful Whovians !

I ‘ve been catching up somewhat on all your comments.   I disagree with those that don’t

appreciate gardening.  IMHO anyone that has time to do anything else isn’t gardening

enough.   Btw   a favorite FB page is  “the Empress of Dirt” for great gardening ideas.

However I actually haven’t been able to…[Read more]

What are we to make of the fact that Missy/Michelle Gomez and Queen Elizabeth

share a birthday?         It occurs to me that there is the possibility of a conspiracy theory here!

Haven’t we all seen online the thing about the Royals being descendants of aliens

and of course  the net is never wrong.  Maybe the Queen is a Missy/ Master alias?

Or…[Read more]

Hiya !   Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying some fine moments.  I have been anxious

for news about anything to do with the new Who season.   I was wondering if the cast that

was announced for the new ‘Class” series was to be the students or the teachers?  The

kids at my school don’t look that mature — just saying.

So   [Read more]

Just popping in to mention its both Alex Kingston and John Barrowman’s birthdays  today.

Also daylight saving time begins in many places which  has a feeling of  peculiar incidence.

At least for me  many reasons for celebration.   I will raise 1 shot of tequila to the day         🙂

I also would like a River-Missy mash up!     I would not…[Read more]

Hello !

Been lurking.     Hope your all well !

During the Matt Smith Doctor times around the time of Elisabeth Sladen’s passing I had the

notion that it might be great to  take Luke around on a few trips?  A companion who was the

former companions kid and so he and the Doctor could   share memories?  Plus Luke was

bright, imaginative a…[Read more]

Glad to see the political race in the States on the Dems side is attempting to sort out

important  priorities by releasing on the record how they stand on this following issue….

The race has after all been so boring ,  not enough chaos   🙂

but having seen this I remain  hopeful that it can only get bette…[Read more]

@morpho

Don’t weep.        I’m not going to score SM.

But I did prefer his stuff to most of the other stuff he  allowed to be episodes during his time.

The exceptions being Mathieson  and Dollard.  Gaiman and Chibnall  were ok too.

Mostly  I really liked the way SM handled the Doctor’s major arc story during his term.

Having said that its not…[Read more]

This write up is suggesting that the BBC is possibly rolling out its own

online streaming service for the States?  So maybe that has something to do

with all these new online manipulations?

@OB-Wan

AG Who  =   after gap  versus BG   before gap.

The gap years were when there were no episodes  from the BBC

@Allonsy

Daily motion has all the Who episodes from all the Doctors  although there might be a few

holes.   Just type in Doctor Who and the episode in the search bar.  You might probably have to do

some navigating around and …[Read more]

@Arbutus

Its tougher to interpret all of what these episodes are telling us on a first viewing.

Sometimes we miss stuff. She’s a smart girl and I don’t think I should underestimate

why she follows Dr. Who.  But she has found Capaldi’ term less satisfying then the previous

Doctors.   Even though he was the right choice for a lot of us he ju…[Read more]

I’d totally be up for a re watch of some of CC’s past work.   It would be very interesting to me

to read everyone’s ideas.         @puroandson          Please tell Mum that her observations will be

required too!    🙂

@Arbutus

Your post made me think about my niece’s  Zygon comment and  I might suggest to her that

some day she’ll b…[Read more]

Hi Guys

Well I have a theory about all these changes.  I would like to humbly suggest that the recent Capaldi

seasons are not really satisfying  the ‘young adult demographic’ which seems extremely important

to the BBC.   That’s probably 1 reason for this  decision to make the  ‘Class’ spin off series?   Just my

speculation.    I have to say…[Read more]

@JanetteB

No I meant the new  series “Class’  being developed . The new spin off from Dr. Who.

(   I didn’t write that very clearly  🙁    )  We are also going to get the  “Holistic Detective’  on

BBC America but  no idea exactly when that happens.

@puroandson

That is the flick about the housing bubble and the hedge fund guy that made the…[Read more]

I remember seeing him in LA in the 80’s.    RIP

Still and always 1 of my favorites that he wrote and performed with the Mott

@sirclockface

OMGosh!!!   What a great idea!   All in the family??    Very nice Mr. Clock!

This is quite  interesting to me and I definitely have to wrap my head  around this

possibility.  Especially since I’ve been troubled over the ‘non’ explanation on this

River and Clara link thing.   This could be a potential stunner at least for me.…[Read more]

Douglas Adams fans !  Btw, we are also getting the new “Class” series .  Still I wish we also got a lot more

of the BBC  series shown in the UK over here in the States!!  They get some truly excellent treats over there.

I know this might sound a teensy bit silly to say but why has the ‘link’ between

River and Clara not been resolved yet? So we know Clara became something ‘new’

but where did we all decide that she started from again?   I’m still feel left hanging about

that River and Clara link and also since we  all were sharing so many great theories  a…[Read more]

A nice version of a Beethoven piece just  because of the reference the Doctor

made to his music this past season,  (particularly Ms.  @puroandson)
