@theconsultingdoctor   Wow that is profound, how would you know?  If you find out, your mind might burn up or something. For that matter how could any of us know? Oh no……..

@missy I will admit to being selfish and sentimental so I would want to go to my own past where I could see my own lost loved ones (from a safe distance) as they were wh…[Read more]

@ichabod and @badwolf11  Ichabods answer was so good I have little to offer except to say that the theme of seeing what you expect to see is also there in the retaurant where we see people eating that turn out to be autons. Maybe even when the Doctor and Clara see a message in the paper and they both see the what they want to see. They were bot…[Read more]

@blenkinsopthebrave   Everything is better in a beautiful place.Cheers!

@arbutus  Welcome to Kramer! Rescue pets can be more work at first but always worth it. Sounds like the boys had a great adventure and a good place to watch the meteor showers.

@arbutus  That sounds like a nice weekend! Woods, beach , sports and spirits sounds so Canadian eh?  Canada is doing pretty good today with a bronze in the decathalon and silver in the 100m mens sprint. Andre De Grasse came in second behind the Bolt!

@doctor20     Lots of good questions here. I think a fixed point in time is something that has to happen or time will “go crazy” or flying creatures come and attack. In other words Rose can stop her Dad from being killed but very bad things will happen as time tries to fix itself. As for Rose planning it all, I think she just wanted to see her Dad…[Read more]

@blenkinsopthebrave   Congrats on your move to such a beautiful part of Canada. My daughter lives on Vancouver Island on the wild west coast and it is like a paradise. We love visiting her! Thanks for the music and good luck unpacking. We are having a month long heatwave and drought here in Ontario and I sure wish I was on the cool and rainy west coast.

@stitchintime    I find the AG companions are not very screamy at although they all screamed once or twice. Rose was a good screamer but Donna was great at shouting. Sarah Jane was a pretty good screamer in the BG Who and early Mickey was a decent screamer until he found his mojo and got fierce.

@mersey  Your work is beautiful.  I am  going to research gobelin because you have piqued my interest. Thank you for sharing your artwork.

@missrori  @missy    I agree with you both on the forceful words the Doctor has for the Zygons and humans in this episode. It must have been the wind but I had a few tears in my eyes during his impassioned speech. A superb  2 parter and one of my favourites. I wish we would all listen to the Doctor.

Thanks to you all for the great conversations here about series 8 , I am inspired to start a rewatch from the start and see how  I feel about it now that I know how it all ends. Danny Pink grew on me and he certainly died a hero protecting Clara and again to let the boy come back. But when he refused an invitation to travel on the Tardis with t…[Read more]

@missrori @missy     I think it would be fun to see why  the Doctor marries Cleopatra or for that matter how River ends up married to Stephen Fry( I love him). Oh well I can only imagine it.

I am hoping that Class will be enough to satisfy my Doctor  cravings until Christmas. Maybe I will start a rewatch from series 1 AG. Rose is still my favour…[Read more]

@missy and @missrori   I would also love to see 12 meet some historical figures. They were always my favourites. The mixing of fact and fiction , so to speak,  usually makes for a fun episode. Exploring new worlds and planets with CapDoc would also be great.

Oh my, the waiting ,always the waiting. Christmas has not seemed so far away since I wa…[Read more]
