@Arbutus I saw something somewhere about the building of that dam as a way to back funnel
$ to subsidize the expansion of dirty oil sands? I thought that maybe voting in a new more
liberal government into (the was it the Alberta) province would have helped? Interesting also
because there already is a big dam there. Not very encouraging to hear…[Read more]

I just recently saw this and I thought to share it because it shows how horribly badly things
can go when your government wants to go the very reckless for profit route. Everything that
I read about…[Read more]

Re-watching this one and I’m just wondering about the planet that they found Orson on.
The Doctor says it the last planet at the end of time. I thought the last time we
visited the planet at the end of time there was the Jacobi master there with other
human and sort of human survivors. So how is it that now there is nothing? Or maybe
it was one…[Read more]

@purofilion @Mudlark Lots of the stories in Season 8 were morality/horror/fantasy
-lite stories geared to kids of all ages including those kids of ‘advanced’ age. And they sure did
use the Coal Hill School a lot as a sort of arc epicenter. I just thought I’d make an observation
about today’s generation kids. They just seem less…[Read more]

I have had a thought about the sunglasses in the trailer and since its a theory
but not a spoiler I’m posting here. In the episode ‘Girl who waited’ Rory wore
glasses so that the Doctor could see what was happening from inside the Tardis.
Also, Michelle Gomez hinted that we may again see the same location. So, what
I am thinking is that the…[Read more]

@purofilion Clara does want to be a good Doctor and just maybe she was born not only
to save the Doctor but all Time lords? Maybe we have had hints about it? She would know
all the Doctors from being the impossible girl and therefore all of the nemesis aliems
and probably a great deal about other Time lords and so I wonder if there is some…[Read more]

@purofilion Geeze -louise!!! what am I gonna do about you?? lol

Want spoilers!!! Need spoilers

@PhaseShift BTW – Why couldn’t Clara stay on Galifrey to attend Time Lord school? Didn’t Ace
attend TL school? A lot of people theorized that there is something unique about Clara that
we haven’t yet been told about. Maybe there is an additional thing that made her Missy’s choice.
I have long suspected that there is still something more than…[Read more]

@PhaseShift Well Clara has always been a kind of ‘fixer’ and she always cares how situations
shake out. She did talk the 11th into finding a different choice about whether to push the big
red button or try to save Galifrey. She is a sort of psychoanalyst at times too so yes,
she can certainly be the outsider conscience. The Galifreyans may…[Read more]
