Well…… Day 1

The plan was Weymouth to Beaminster via Dorchester and Cerne Abbes about 30 miles

We got to Weymouth though it had rained (that word may crop up more than once in this post) most of the way but it had petered as we approached our start point, the old town pump. it was just after 06:30

Sporting my black and red hose (medieval…[Read more]

@PhaseShift

Yup a definate vote for The Sontaran Experiment

Does that up it to 2 1/2 votes now??????

@Bluesqueakpip

Perhaps the regeneration has gone awry and The Master slipped through from Gallifrey alongside the new packet of regenerations

Just musing with my long spoon 😉

@PhaseShift Thank you I’m up and ready to hit the road (technically with one foot always hitting harder hehe) The scenery will be fantastic and I think one of the pictures we’ll take today at Cerne Abbas will be right upstanding (ohh er missus)

@blenkinsopthebrave I return your salute, my k-nighted name is Sir Robert Du Kledhevor which is Cornish…[Read more]

Good evening to everyone in this time zone good morning/afternoon/night to all others please delete as appropriate 🙂

Tomorrow morning at approximately 06:30 I am starting a 220 mile charity walk from Weymouth to Tewkesbury to raise money for eight charities. I am walking over the next seven Saturdays with a final eighth day on 10th July.

Why…[Read more]

The Sontaran Experiment?

It just sticks in my mind, not seen it since first broadcast so it may not be as classic as my memory believes

Yes a shirt should never have the top button fastened without some sort of neck-a-chief

It’s just not Timelordy

My hope is for some more of the new super Cybermen now truly menacing with the updating tech

Proper Daleks ….. not the huge brightly coloured soon to be seen in yer toyshop variety

And some new foes

Ps with Gallifrey not destroyed…[Read more]

Ok not working as hoped

Saw a Police Phone Box in Boscombe yesterday but photo not seeming to load off BT Cloud

Hopefully this works (crosses fingers and mutters under breath)

@PhaseShift

re post 25640 🙂

Thankfully the water missed us but cousins caught it bad down on the levels and work was an insane battle against water breaching into the contaminated site and then (even worsererer) leaving again, could have been a right royal eco mess, struggle over, containment successful and my thanks was end of contract so now…[Read more]

Hi everyone,  sorry work has been horrendous….

Well think that is one cool look plays to his strengths physically

My wife, who watches mainly because of me and is a 10 fan, thinks Clara’s Nan is Rose or channeling her.

I think Nan was channeling Idris, she didn’t tell the story that was wanted but the one that was needed.

Yes we’re all bonkers in my family,  one driven by coffee the other driven by tea 🙂

I am no going to disagree with some of our…[Read more]

@WhoGirl

Welcome aboard, hope you enjoyed the Christmas Special 🙂

@TheKrynoidMan

I don’t know the answer to that but I understand Dr Who returns autumn 2014 :/

In the mean time having a day on Watch with Matt

Another River similarity, the Silence and therefore The Papal Mainframe and Tash Lem have gone backwards and forwards through the Doctors timestream

@Miapatrick

I hope the discussion on the Doctors stupidity or otherwise didn’t ruin the programme

My sister called about 15 mins in, I did call her back afterwards and still love her…… just lol

Ohh and another for @Wolfweed

I reversed the polarity 😀

One from my first remembered Doctor ….. The Third

Question,  was there a phrase used from all previous Doctors snuk into the dialogue???

If there was I missed them, better watch it again 😀

@Bluesqueakpip

I know but it’s a comforting thought that the River flows through the heart of…[Read more]

Had a re watch now and I believe that River Song and Tasha Lem are spookily similar as @Devilshyrobby mentioned

She’s a psychopath,  loves the Doctor, lives in a mainframe,  doesn’t age, defeats (eventually) her inner and outer Daleks, can fly the Tardis and knows he shouldn’t be left alone or die alone

On the downside she also admires the new b…[Read more]

I must disagree with those who are disappointed with the fast regeneration,  it wasn’t fast at all.

The regeneration starts after Clara implores the Timelords to help the Doctor who has kept them safe for hundreds of years,  surely earning a new set of regenerations ( 12 and 24 hour clock). The process ccontinues and defeats the Daleks, gives t…[Read more]

Fantast Amazing Brilliant 🙂

Doctors Who have saved Gallifrey three times in Modern Who (I’m including sending Rassilon plans awry)

The crack in time caused by the Timelords makes sense (Prisoner Zero the Master????)

Hundreds of years to cook the Christmas turkey 🙂

Ok time for family stuff

More stuff laters

Be good and positve people 🙂
