I personally loved the episode and one thing that has been somewhat overlooked was Coleman’s superb acting throughout the episode. For instance when she was dying I felt like she was real and she was leaving us. I too noticed the Tardis viewpoint when Clara is trying to unlock the door.  I thought maybe it could have just been a ‘dust speck’ p.o.v, but I think maybe it was in colour, so perhaps not then? Need a rewatch.
