surely Danny/Orson are the reason Clara went back in the Doctors time line and therefore the reason the Doctor is who he is.

What about when Rory died and got erased from existence? Wouldn’t that make Amy a totally different person? Or not go with the Doctor to run away from her marriage? Rory dying didn’t really do anything.

In Doctor Who’s universe, that’s how time/space/etc. works.

Danny’s dead, but it doesn’t matter (I loved him, but it doesn’t affect the show’s time-line/circle/wimeyness).

If Orson Pink (Danny and Clara’s descendent) ceased to exist, that wouldn’t really affect the Doctor’s timeline, or the whole of time itself.

 

If he Doctor wouldn’t of met with Orson after meeting with young Danny Pink (in Listen), all that would’ve happened is that he would of never have went to the end of the universe.

And the human-race in the future would find a different candidate for their Time-Travel test
(and totally kill them by sendingthem to the 2nd Big Bang).

Danny will be dead forever, and I have a feeling they writers won’t bring him back. Any thoughts?

This episode was all about proving that Clara take on the role of “The Doctor” if she wanted to.

What if Missy choose her as a replacement for The Doctor?

Also, The Next Episode is a obvious reference to “Little Red Riding Hood”, with the wolf/alien, forest setting, and the little girl with a red jacket.

Random Thought Time:

Will we find out what was under Rupert’s sheets?

or What was knocking at the end of the universe? (If they leave it a mystery, then that’s cool too)

Clara realized that Orson is her great-grandson, will that affect her relationship with Danny when they get more intimate?

Also, Orson said that that “time travel runs in the family”, and that there were some “stories” of his great-grandparent. Does that mean that Danny is going to find out what Clara does?

Why was the child Doctor crying all the time? I don’t think its because of his exposure to The Untempered Schism because his “dad” (or some man) said he wouldn’t be accepted into the academy because of him crying, placing this before his enrollment and <span style=”color: #1f1e38;”>initiation. So why?                 (Dead parents? Was he a Gallifreyan Bruce Wayne?)</span>

The male Time-Lord in the barn also said that “He doesn’t want the other boys see him crying”. Did the Doctor have brothers? Maybe foster brothers? (Following the thought that he’s a orphan.)

Was that Missy I saw in the preview for the next episode?

I think it would be interesting to have a episode were the Doctor travels to pre-war Gallifrey and feels all the sadness at the fact that a lot of his people will die and he can’t do or say anything about it (and get a little more background about the Doctor too).

Is The Doctor “A Good Man”? Are some better than others?

Remember when “Rusty” said: “I am not a good Dalek […] You are a good Dalek”

I believe that Rusty was saying to the doctor: “You may kill millions of Daleks and other malevolent creatures, but at least you do it after showing mercy first, and only to protect others.”

Despite not carrying a weapon, The Doctor, all of them, have killed. And a few times he had killed without mercy, and sometimes he had killed for revenge as well for the safety of others (or worse, he left them alive, i.e. “The Family of Blood”). But overall The Doctors tries their hardest to be as good as they can be. Being very old, they can only deal with so much bull**** before they snap sometimes.

But this Doctor does seem more stern than past ones. I mean he still jokes, but he’s serious about it at the same time. Having a more brood and pensive mind this time around, its understandable that now he’s doubting and thinking about his past decisions/mistakes.

The Doctor is like a funny Batman, looking for justice where its needed, but sometimes losing his way. Nevertheless he gets back on the right path and tries to redeem himself.

*Sigh* If only my essays I turn into school were that good.

What are your opinions on the new question, not “Doctor Who?”, but “Am I a Good Man?”
