    @jphamlore Sorry for getting back so late. I’m only a part time forumer. Great point. I also really like the theory about weeping angels being Time Lords. As if maybe they’re trying to get back into this universe from where the Doctor stuck them and they need all the time fuel or -insert your own Doctor Who jargon- to try to break  back in. That would be an interesting twist in the tale.

    How does Scaroth fit in to the theory? He was the enemy in City of Death that claimed he had taught the humans all their technology. And I’m pretty sure the radiation from his ship caused the goo in some pond to become alive which is what started life on Earth.

    If the Doctor weren’t athiest, he almost certainly wouldn’t be an Earth religion anyway. But what does it matter? That kind of thinking seems only to separate people which is the opposite of what the show is about.

    There’s a guy in Oregon named Gary Dorr that makes solid wood extremely accurate scale replicas of Tardises (or is it Tardi?)

    He makes the into Wine Cabinets:

    Solid wood wine cabinet with lazy susan style stand. Fits 10,000 bottles of wine and a swimming pool.

     

    And treasure boxes:

    It’s supposed to lay tipped over so it’s like the Tardis from the 11th Doctor’s first appearance.

    Definitely some of the most impressive wooden Tardis creations I’ve ever seen and nice to see they’re on sale.

    I have a ritual of brewing english tea in the most awesome TARDIS mug in the world. Didn’t have this mug when I first started watching but I did have tea. And no, I’m not British and otherwise never drink tea.
