@Lula – I think kissing Jenny was just over exuberance on the Doctors part, presumably because of relief at being freed from petrification,  rather than any romantic intent.  Doc 11 has shown as more alien than 10 […]

Aaaaaaaaaaand I’m back! @Lula and @PhaseShift thanks for the warm wishes for my trip but my hotel was a BBC America-free zone… Aaargh! I swiftly resigned myself to staying away from here for a week and looked […]

@Lula – I’m convinced that Omega is there somewhere…

@WhoHar I haven’t yet been able to come up with my own, but am so totally enjoying all the speculation here. This just adds another layer of enjoyment to the process.

@Lula yup, I’m on EST too. John Barrowman […]

Just a quick post before heading out to lunch. @Lula, good work on picking up all the Omega references. I haven’t watched the older stories in which he featured since I was a teenager so I don’t really remember […]

@Lula Im no help with any old Who – but there is the saying of alpha and omega -the beginning and the end of everything

SPOILER, SPOILER, SPOILER...

@Lula – Just to add to @HTPBDET’s information:

At the time of the Fifth series there was a massive amount of speculation that he was to return because of the symbols you mention. False entries on IMDB even […]

@Lula   We don’t know. we assume that Omega was not involved in the Time War – he was the first of the Time Lords – his sacrifice gave the Time Lords the power of time travel but the cost for him was being lost – […]

SPOILER, SPOILER, SPOILER...

@JimTheFish & @Lula

It was quite common to wear your wristwatch facing inside when I was younger (I still do). It has a couple of advantages, apart from damage.

– Much easier to surreptitiously check the […]

@Lula The way he wears his watch could be more cultural than anything else. My mum used to call that the American way (from the GIs in WW2). But I do agree there could be something in the jewellery.  She does have […]

@lula

I think the argument is just that it isn’t how Jon Pertwee pronounced it to be honest.

If you look at this trailer for “Planet of the Spiders” you and listen out around 40-50 seconds in he says it to […]

Understood @GrandmasterPhaseFish 🙂 @Lula and everyone else is just learning the blog ropes.

When @Craig gets back from his trip we might think about a little “How to Navigate” Master/ Mistress post or space […]

Thanks @bluesqueakpip and @lula

IF EVERYONE COULD JUST READ THIS:

On series 5 I was spoiled because I found out what was going to be in “The Pandorica” before it aired. In the week before “The Angels in […]

@Lula – no problem – but pretty well all we officially know about the finale episode is its title and the accompanying poster. If you are just speculating that Monster X might be involved, then obviously you […]

@Lula – Ah, yup. We are east of the city, outside Midleton. Suffering through 15 months of winter!! It was spring just the other day, at least..I thought it was. Today is baltic again, with hail! oh, the joys […]

@WhoHar. It was the wonderful @Lula who posted the photo. I am liking this insane theory more and more. It seems…so…Moffat!

@Lula and @ardaraith OOOOh I just love the River’s heart monitor spot!

I have had a timey wimey theory for a while that the Doctor is the origin-point of the Time Lords, by exposing Melody-in-utero to the Time […]

@HaveYouFedTheFish and @Lula – Regarding american accent for actors. We are taught to use Standard American, which is unaccented and hyper-articulated. “Standard speech” as it is also known, is spoken nowhere. […]
