@craig and @blenkinsopthebrave That is the one! Thank you both,now everyone can watch it. The one thing I have learned to regret during this lock down are my dismal computer skills. Without someones help it is harder to learn now but I am trying…..I need a grandkid here. I also want to learn how to skype or facetime or whatever so I can see my…[Read more]

@craig  I always thought that a converted church would be a nice home and I wish I lived near The Doctor. Tom Baker did look good and he might be getting younger which makes me wish even more that I had a Tardis.

I found out our show is on Sunday night.Ooops.

@craig

Thanks for posting those. I am looking forward to re-watching both parts of what I think was one of the best 2-parters in AG Who.

Having just finished watching Mackenzie Crook’s take on “Worzel Gummidge” my recent TV viewing seems to be strangely full of scarecrows…

@craig that was lovely. brought a tear to the eye. (both eyes)  Hopefully this crisis will convince even right wing governments of the vital importance of national health care.

Cheers

@craig Thanks for that! I for one will listen to the Doctor and stay inside.The “Big Night In” looked great and I hope it raised money and let the front line workers know how much we appreciate them. Canada is doing a big show on Saturday with  some great Canadians like Celine Dion, Micheal Buble, Justin Bieber, Margaret  Atwood and Mike Myers j…[Read more]

@craig

That was pretty great, to see all the Doctors doing something so…well, what the Doctor would do.

And seeing all the Doctors without make-up made me feel much better about looking at myself in the bathroom mirror!

@craig

There’s another one…this time called Leigh.

@craig

Done.

I read the news each morning, and aside from the informative news items–which seem to struggle for attention these days–so much is from the perspective of the unaffected (i.e., demands that the lockdown end so they can exercise their god-given right to shop in Walmart) and so little expressing thoughts about the lost, that your…[Read more]

@craig  I agree that a memorial to all the people who have lost their lives to this virus is the right thing to do in every country. Sorry I can’t sign yours but I hope everyone who can will.

@craig

Duly signed…

Thank you Craig, beautiful musical score for Heaven sent.
Also thanks for Peter’s letter. it’s made me miss Doctor Who even more.

@craig   Nice!  There is something good about watching these episodes with a lot of other people around the world like it aired in the first place. Also knowing when they are playing and planning for that adds some much needed structure to my life. It also helps me know what day it is ,they are all becoming a blur. So thanks and stay safe and sane.

@craig

Have to say that I love that trailer. It’s probably my favourite of all the ones so far.

@craig  I watched this one again and I just can’t believe how well written it is and how the Tardis has been been brought to life only to break our hearts.What a genius idea, to put the Tardis inside a women so the bad guy can inhabit the Tardis instead. We got to know the little blue box we have loved for so long.Ever since this episode I have…[Read more]

@craig thanks for posting. Loved Rory’s Story. Laughed a lot and somehow having trouble with watery eyes now. Not sure why…

@craig and @blenkinsopthebrave

I’d very much like to see Moffat do a story for 13. This is probably too short a sample to give a definitive sense but it seems to me that he can certainly write her character and that even now he still seems to have some interesting things to say about Who. I do wonder how much truth there is in the rumours that…[Read more]

@craig  Count me in!

I had no luck @Craig. Knew Newell Penfield was born around this time…like you…but a leedle bit later (in days, I mean). Unfortunately his string quartet whilst on a cassette deck & spooled out right now just aint on youtube. He wasn’t a particularly gifted composer but I liked his stuff. So happy birthday.

I’ll see what else I can rummage…[Read more]

@craig  Thanks for the clip.  It was funny yet chilling at the same time.

@craig aaarghh. Noooooo. (thanks for the link. We all need some good April Fools Day humour at the moment.)
