The programme whole (which presumably contains the announcement) is due to finish at 6.30pm GMT.
So expect it to feature about from about 5pm – 6.30pm GMT, unless the game massively overruns…

Presumably the Doctor is referring to events which occurred in ‘The End of Time’ (where the Master was resurrected as a semi-phantom) in the first line from this scene here from ‘The Doctor Falls’:
DOCTOR: (to the Master) The last time I saw you, you were on your way to Gallifrey.
MASTER: Well, I didn’t stay. Why would I stay?
DOCTOR: So they cured your little condition and kicked you out.
The Master always dies (& always comes back – it’s a tradition)…

The advert just aired on the telly. It seems that not a lot of people know what a trig point is. Not many hillwalking/mountaineering Who fans out there then….
@nick Wimbledon men’s final show tends not to finish early. They like to spin it out with inane chat if it’s a very quick match. But they could include the reveal on the show if it’s a short contest & so save on some waffle. As I expect you know, the show is scheduled to finish at 6.30pm GMT (but will of course be later if the match overruns).

This year’s San Diego Comic Con will host a Classic Doctor Who panel on July 20th, with Peter Davison, Colin Baker, and Sophie Aldred.
They will reveal a sneak peak of a newly reconstructed lost episode from ‘The Wheel in Space’.
The main Doctor Who Panel on 23rd July features Peter Capaldi, Steven Moffat, Pearl Mackie, Matt Lucas, Michelle Gomez and Mark Gatiss; with a sneak peek of the Christmas Special.
