The Doctor always try to fix an injustice even when he has to go against a hole society to do so. He is not someone that adapts to other people’s wishes. He can be whoever he wants to be. He loves adventures and to learn new things. Otherwise he would never know as mutch as he does. He thinks that everyone and everything is unique and fabulous. But he can get very disappointed in humanity(and other aliens) when they don’t respect life. I recommend listen, the waters of Mars and dalek.18 January 2016 at 18:18 #50205
Welcome @nightfell to the forum! We love to hear new voices in our discussions. It was wonderful to take the step from lone viewing to reading all the theories and thoughts from the people on this site.18 January 2016 at 11:46 #50201
I think it’s a metaphor in an English farytail about a shepherd. Like you wrote, the bird will eventually pick through the mountain. It’s a clue for the Doctor so that he will know what to do when he sees the wall.12 January 2016 at 10:51 #500914 January 2016 at 17:00 #49990
<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>Sherlock’s dream is described in a impressive way by putting the viewers in Sherlock’s shoes.</span>
When the viewer don’t know that everything is a hallucination he/she live the adventure the dream created for her/him. They are thrilled by the case of the bride and happily follow the path that has been laid out for them. Everyone know that the episode would be in the 19th century so noone questions it. The viewers are watching the episode as if it’s an episode of Sherlock in his original setting. Just like Sherlock believes that he has control over his own mined.
When they finally realise that everything is a uncontrolled hallucination the episode goes crazy. The limiting views of the audience has been moved aside.<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”> Moffat used our expectations to create an episode that nailed the denial and fear Sherlock has about his addiction and the limits of his genius.</span>21 December 2015 at 09:19 #49555
My grasp on English music terms are not the best, so I can’t express what I loved about this song in detail. But what I can say is that I loved every second of it. Is it available on Spotify? 💡 I want to listen to it a million times!6 December 2015 at 19:04 #48851

Well that explains the cover of doctor who magazine #493. Clara is actualy traveling in a bambaTARDIS whit Ashildr. Frozen in a moment, a reversed DoctorDonna. Doctor Who is back on a weird track. Hope that the TARDIS meets the BambaTardis, their interaction would be great fun!
PS Awile ago there was a discussion on the lack of food in New who. Did you see any in the bambaTARDIS? I didn’t.4 December 2015 at 15:59 #48633
This question have been bugging me for a wile. <span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>The skulls in the ocean where the doctors, so shouldn’t the ocean get filled with skulls after the billionth time the doctor died? If so, why didn’t the doctor die when he feel in the water, thus breaking the psycle?</span>
If someone already pointed this out, excuse me I have yet to read through all the coments 🙂23 November 2015 at 13:05 #47618

Do you any Christmas doctor who songs?22 November 2015 at 20:09 #47545
This episode was great. Thought that the Doctor was the valeyard for a second. The atmosphere of this episode felt very mysterious and more like morbid urbanfantasy than science fiction.
Claras need for adrenaline kicks turned slightly into madness in this episode. A long time has probably passed since sleep no more or something big happend, for her urge to become so severe.
Capaldi and Jennas acting was magnificent. They truly looked heartbroken and full with grief when they realised that Clara would die and the Doctor would be left alone.
This and the next episode will probably break the doctor. Clara helped him with his depression, but now she is dead and the doctor blames himself for it. He is also about to be tortured in the next episode. Evil cliffhanger… Super excited for next week.11 November 2015 at 16:31 #46792
I loved this episode ( Need a more powerful word than that ). It had everything I love with doctor who and did it brilliantly. The speach was awesome, all the acting was amazing and the writing fantastic.
I liked that the doctor had to do the black archive speach 15 times for it to work. One act does not end a war, but if that act is done over and over again, it might. One act can create a chain reaction, the speach influence Bonnie so she becomes Osgood. In real life the speach can be a picture of a dead refugee, and the reaction is knowledge followed by action.30 September 2015 at 11:01 #43840
Just some quick notes, haven’t read through the thread.
I think that the daleks needed a bit more individuality to not become a recurring predictable theme in doctor who. Moffat gave us a two parter that changed everything and nothing. An absolutely terrifying consept was invented, that the daleks have feelings. I love twists like this.
Missy is as evil as always, I was horrified when she tried to make the Doctor leave Clara on Skaro traped in a dalek.
The discussion between old Davros and the Doctor was intresting, the child actor was fantastic.
The episode was an over all an amazing experience. Loved it.29 September 2015 at 12:41 #43771
I think that sonic glasses are a good idea, is not as easy to loose as a screwdriver. You have both hands free. I find it quite doctoresque to wear glasses. But not sonic sunglasses. You can’t see the actors eyes! That bothers me.
I totally agree with the idea that glasses is a great way to be abel to easily cosplay the 12th doctor. The original sonic was quite expensive and hard to create by yourself. Peter Capaldi has showed a will to make his doctor avaliable to all ages and types of fans. This includes easy to cosplay costumes.24 August 2015 at 17:36 #42030

It’s possible that in a warmer contry Morning Glory could become a weed. Beacause the plant would not freeze during the autumn. My garden is quite green right now, few flowers to speek of but a lot of leeves, grass and trees. Mostly fir and birch plus some purpule tulips, orange and blue flowers. I live in the suburbs so the trees are not really in my garden but the start of the forest and a nature reserve. Which was magnificent when the anemones bloomed. The valley was covered in them and the hardwoods gave everything a green shade if the sun shone. I realy love the spring and autumns here.29 April 2015 at 11:03 #39718
