hey everyone 🙂 how are you all 🙂

I guess this would have been better for Halloween but just thought of it now ha 🙂

I was on the Loo thinking of Doctor Who as you do ha 🙂 and thinking of the spin off’s like K9 and Company which lead me to Sarah Jane Adventures and thinking how unnerving the theme tune for that was as a kid especially with episodes like The Eternity Trap which was really creepy with the mansion ect and Eye of the Gorgon and thinking whats unnerving in Who or expanded media of Who that we dont think of cause it’s the show but in real life or a different context like a true horror film would be spin chilling stripped from a family friendly perspective 🙂

So here are 3 and a half examples that I’ve heard small mentions of and one I thought of 🙂

1 – Slitheen strip people’s insides to wear as the suit, but there are Slitheen children suits so its implied in the show that sometimes kids don’t escape and aren’t safe from the Monsters, we see two child suits in Sarah Jane Adventures with Korst who pretended to be Carl and Nathan.

2. Cybermen feel pain – I heard recently not sure if this is right or not but they say Cybermen do feel pain all the time, it’s just the emotional inhibitor stopping them from registering it so maybe it’s even worse to be a Cybermen.

3 – Sontaran’s and their potato bodies – I heard this once but I don’t know where from that ages ago before the cloning process they were still fighting the Rutans (I believe) and their electric powers were very deadly to Sontaran’s, losing the war and maybe on the verge of extinction they started the cloning process and for some reason not sure why they started to remove their internal organs like lungs ect to clone quicker maybe or be less effected by the Rutans which is why Sontaran’s have the probic vents to breath.

I think the suit is a life support system for them, who knows if they even have much of their lower body left like Davros, we see their hands and the shape of legs but we dont know for sure what’s below the neck line and what’s left.

Side note its strange then if this is a life support system that Strax can wear suits like a dinner suit ect and still be fine and breath ect

Perhaps the Doctor fixed him when he brought him back unless he has the armor underneath the dinner costume I have forgotten if this is the case also why would they need the X Ray device if they are clones with no organs and bones ect, maybe it developed with the position of nurses 🙂

The side note – Weeping Angles in order to survive inadvertently become the loneliest creatures in the Universe, wow that’s a horrible realisation, survival of the loneliest not relying or being tricked by someone and I guess team work generally went out the bin, its fortunate they can communicate with each other or it would be very sad indeed, their greatest strength made them the loneliest creatures in the Universe and I would be soo upset if something like this occurred to me if in order to survive I had to be alone.

I think it’s amazing how two of the oldest species/civilizations in the Doctor Who universe being the Time Lords and the Weeping angles set themselves away from others or be cursed with loneliness, the none interference policy and turning to stone respectively, and who is the loneliest Time Lord now – The Doctor who is the best survivor of all and the loneliest.

Its not like many films ect where the hero is isolated even in certain films where they hero doesn’t want to be surrounded by anyone ect by the end they learn to let others in ect but in Doctor Who our hero is plagued with another curse, metaphorically the curse of the TimeLords this loneliest path of survival, everyone around him ages and decays and he is alone, as Madame De Pompadour once said the lonely God as well as lonely then and lonely now it’s always just him and the Tardis in the end as Amy once said.

Maybe that’s why we attach to the Doctor soo much we don’t like to be alone and see him alone deep in our hearts I don’t know maybe bit silly since we love the show and The Doctor for better reasons like they are awesome and escapisms ect but the character of the Doctor maybe that’s a key element but sad one too to think about.

So these are the things you may think twice about somedays that are unsettling.

hey everyone 🙂 how are you all 🙂

I was just thinking with the trailer we have for the 2023 specials 🙂 and the returning Classic villains we had in the 2nd special episode 🙂 is this Classic return pattern good or bad for the show or a mix ?

Is it like a sugar rush – it’s fun at first but too much too soon is bad.

I always hear people say there’s too many references to Classic Who and nearly every time an old enemy is brought back into New Who they lack the bite they used to have, I hear many say the show leans too far into its past with references and so on, when driving a car a steady wheel is better than one leaning too far in one direction for too long, a lot of fans seem worn down with soo many references and Classic returns its always who’s gonna be ruined next time their back.

I don’t know what’s best for the fans and the show, a lot of us have access to Classic Who so it’s nice to see the contrast and at least of the original versions and stories, when these people or aliens are brought back we want the best out of them, I do enjoy when Classic aliens return and it sort of links the two shows with connective tissue.

I understand the fear of messing it up cause soo often its true, a legacy villain is ruined or not used enough like the Great Intelligence or the Zygons so after the returning villain special we had and are yet to have 🙂

My ultimate question – is it harming the show to fill it with all these classic elements and references over and over again, maybe a break would be good and to reenforce the show with some new creations and moments that become the new golden apples to pick from, would a hypothetical goal of filling New Who with everyone and every creature from Classic be good or bad ?

I don’t want to be too specific cause I’m on the Sofa, take a look at this website I love returning to it from time to time 🙂 it’s really good as it shows in order the main characters,  people and aliens that have been in the show starting from Classic to fairly recent, you can work out the aliens ect that are yet to show up to the latest party, who would you invite and how, like proper roles or little cameos maybe an overarching part of a series.

Big Doctor Who Spoilers and rumors ahead just in case you’re flying under the radar 🙂

Near the end I talk about Shakespear in case you’re interested in that 🙂 just scroll down down down if you’re trying to avoid the Doctor Who spoilers and rumors 🙂

I was watching X Men Apocalypse 🙂 I love the X Men series and was thinking wow this is the X Men film that really shows what you can do with a big budget now a days 🙂

I was thinking about this rumor that Disney is co making Doctor Who in a way and funding it big 🙂 just imagine what a big jump in budget can do we could really shift Doctor Who 🙂

I know some people like the show with wobbly sets ect you know authentic, I just think if it’s true and I doubt RTD would be corrupted we could really unleash the bulls from the pen, funding wise the show wouldn’t be hanging on a thread compared to streaming things now a days like Chibnall said once this is a time where you have to keep up cause of streaming ect

The show could maximize each ep no more having an Earth focused episode like Boom Town to save money, you feel the drop off in budget from the first couple of episodes to stretching to the end, if this big budget is true could sweep away this problem once and for all 🙂

I also was thinking wow the GCI ect in X Men Apocalypse for the scenes such as tearing all the metal out the world and Magneto’s powers looks amazing, I understand this is an 150-160min movie and I checked the budget – 2016 it was 178 Million and yes Doctor Who isn’t getting that and money is worth less right now but if you think that’s about 4-5 episodes of Doctor Who run time at a stretch which is close to half a series but that 178 was for 1 big film made by a dominate company.

I don’t know if this rumor is about money for each episode or the whole series, I believed it was for the Whole series but looking at YouTube for the exact funding it seems to suggest each episode is powered by 10 million 🙂 so for a whole series we get about 120-140 million which is close to X Men budget but times change and I understand we shouldn’t compare it to the big films of the era who are powered by massive company’s but with a clump of budget that large even though its below most movies Doctor Who could really stretch its legs 🙂

Bearing in mind this is after the 60th which should pour in a lot of viewing and fans with the addition of the greatest writer and actor most have seen in a long time for the show, I just think if its funded by Disney which is seeming to take over everything and has become a player in its own right, going longer than Marvel film and television wise if I am right plus all the streaming packs in a lot of money which is why Netflix being one of the giants of streaming is mega rich and has all these shows and its fingertips, Doctor Who could hit the moon in terms of viewership and scope ect far beyond the peak over a decade back 🙂

I know it’s not all about money but money in funding the more you have the more you can do I believe, the more effects, high paid actors, the more concepts you can show off and the safer typically the show is unless budgets out stretch themselves, look I know it’s a scary time do we trust this Disney thing and the money rumors but if it works out I would be glad for once Doctor Who isn’t at the risk of being out competed and running out of money through each series 🙂

I am really looking forward to this run on the show as my friend noticed today and that was before this money thing, just think in a perfect Who world for millions of fans’s their show has a great writer back with the power of the 60th approaching and hopefully this massive budget allowing the show to breath and maximise each episode and that is a day of Doctor Who I look forward to 🙂

Shakespear talk 🙂

Side note after X Men ended, I caught the last 20 mins of Shakespear – The Man Behind the Name 🙂 it had Sir Derek Jacobi (who you know as Professor YANA who became the Master for like 5 mins) plus he’s had really great Master Big Finish work 🙂 and others talking about Shakespear 🙂

They talk about their believe about Shakespear’s true identity and I Googled it so this must be knowledge from couple years back ?

Apparently from what I understand this man named – Edward De Vere is the real Shakespear who later changed his name, I didn’t know of this before or it slipped my memory cause I remember couple years back at School with the 500 year anniversary right they talked about finding the identity how they believe someone else wrote all the works which is hinted at in Doctor Who as well but to a lesser extent.

I don’t remember it being this Edward man from the portraits on Google, thought couple years back it was a much older and slightly pointy headed guy so I am confused how we had this guy and then couple years later we have this New Edward, I don’t know fact from fiction now haha, from what I remember the old guy was the guy Shakespear stole the work of and claimed it as his own but it’s always been a mystery, in the show they do think that this Edward is now the real Shakespear, however I didn’t hear them talk about the stolen work claims since I only caught the last 20 mins so if anyone can find the T.V. program its worth a look and maybe they talk more about his life, what he did, was he a trickster ect ect

I wonder if Edward took the work of the old guy I am thinking (forgot his name), then named himself Shakespear.

Do we have – A Shakespear only with his plays ect , B the old guy who wrote the work but Shakespear claimed to write and benefit from, C the old man who’s work got stolen by Edward who became Shakespear or D this Edward who could be the real Shakespear and its just him

We could have about 3 people in this list all resulting in the one man Shakespear.

I always got surprised how for 500 years its always Shakespear this and he did that, King Lear based off his Son as said in Doctor Who ect ect it was always like a fact then in recent decades its shifted to is he really well real or someone who stole the work from the real genius, I don’t know where this shift has come from and it kind of hurts me cause it seems everyone now gets a bad name and what can be trusted ?

You always hear these famous people doing bad things and getting caught later on ect and it seems like everyone famous and who you used to respect has to be torn down now it could all be factual, but I am just like can anyone be good and famous ? all your hero’s and people set in history just always a twist in the tail, some of the Kings in England’s history are under speculation who were they really, was the Price in the Tower later a King so on and so on.

There’s always a desire in humanity to find the answer to everything whether that be space, and what’s dark matter to what killed the dinosaurs, soo often find the answers and people’s ideas lead to a web of confusion and dead ends were true facts become twisted mysteries especially with historical events and people, who really was King such and such, did this really happen, all these theories ect ect and you just think or at least I do it’s hard to grip what’s really the history, there is always about 5 channels on what really happened in World War such and such, who is the real Jack the Ripper, why did Mary Queen of Scots die, where is this Egyptian King berried, 2 ‘finding the truth’ about Stone Henge programs in recent years (what understandings could have changed in those few years) ect ect can we just find the fact and set it as so.

There is soo many programmes about the same topic but different you don’t know what’s real even if you were taught it in school, could the new idea all be one person’s view like my lovely History Teacher he was always skeptical of a lot of this History Channel programmes about the wars, he knew a lot and was quite scary at times but a kind heart and you just learned to value his view and distrust the History channel and all these documentaries they are meant to be made by experts and funded by big companies to put on T.V. yet my History teacher is saying they are getting it wrong and here is such and such proof ect, I’m not saying he is a bad guy cause of this, I loved him, wanted his family to visit us sometime when he was moving from our school, I miss him and was a great Teacher who saw my potential and helped me and I am not saying anything bad about him I trust him but it’s a problem with what can you know and trust for sure, always an old person’s saying don’t trust what you see on T.V. but it’s quite realistic and important to bear in mind especially now a days with news and fake news ect ect, what is real and will stay real everything changes and what you knew as fact gets shifted years later and we have the problem with Shakespear, he is such a mystery we don’t have the body but we get he was such and such and then it was actually this guy and so on and so on for decades that you just get a list of people who could be Shakespear well what was it and who was he ?

I even question this T.V. programme with respected people which must be the most modern interpretation, I just think can we ever know without DNA and time travel right it’s just a taggled web that’s too common, one of the most annoying things about History and film at school, always trying to find the right information and not a bunch of contradicting interpretations or a bunch of rabbit holes.

I know it’s always been a contention, is Shakespear a fake ect I dent know what to think, is this Edward really him did he do the work we know of ? If it’s the case I just want to believe it was tough back then had you had to get a leg up if any of these rumors we’ve had for decades are correct.

I guess the only way to fix it is to find Shakespear (would be better with a time machine haha 🙂 ) and get a DNA test like they did with Richard the III (3rd) a couple years ago, not sure where DNA leads them though cause we still don’t know who is the real guy neither have his DNA I reckon, there is ways and paths that you can find history thousands of years back and ancestors ect like the Mary Rose belonging to King Henry The 8th’s which recently (few months back) had a programme about where they found the current living ancestors of people on that boat, I just don’t know what we can do if we A don’t have a body but B even know if Shakespear existed and who he was.

I hope one day we get a concrete answer whoever it is, at this point we seem to have Edward, I still love Shakespear no matter the controversy and mystery it’s just hard when what’s fact one decade shifts the next but with Shakespear a mystery soo old it’s hard to believe the correct answer cause it could be re molded but based on what ?

I love Shakespear mainly due to the episode – The Shakespear Code which I caught when I was very young one of my first eps of Doctor Who which I’ve always had a love for since, the Actor in that for Shakespear is amazing and secondly Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth at school was really nice 🙂 big respect for Shakespear whoever he was (that’s always been a mystery) it would just be nice if we know what was concreate and what was flexible 🙂

I did stop this a while back 🙂 then I got into how it’s surprising after 500 years ect paragraph haha 🙂

I really enjoyed that review ha I actually enjoy stripping it all out and being like ah that eps done got my thoughts on it and now I know what I used to know and think 🙂

So temperature of lava (fresh out the ground it says in the video) is – 1090 degrees C sorry for not putting c before I am just used to degrees c so that what I mean in all my other degrees measurements 🙂

hahahaha it got worse 🙂 someone has some super glass which he uses to focuses the Sun’s rays enough to melt Obsidene glass making actually lava 🙂 and then Vscause says the Sun is having that affect – 149,600,000km away or in other terms 93 million miles away from Earth 🙂 soooooo 1 Doctor and crew should have died from the 3000 degrees C door if lava is only 1090 degrees c 🙂

The guys in Volcano film yes a film but probs quite factual or realistic died from stream that was super-hot cause of the volcano so mmm even the steam around the ship let alone that room should have killed them all let alone the temperature being nearly 3 times as hot as fresh lava 🙂 really I know its Who but guys you messed up a bit by saying this door is 3000 degrees up then proceeding to show the Doctor opening it 🙂

2 mmm the Sun’ rays were very powerful enough through that glass to melt obsidian the material they teach you is indestructible on Minecraft for instance I reckon its more resistant than diamonds real world I mean, yes the ray is  concentrated focused to a point but well you get my point , the spaceship is like mmm couple miles at best away, it would take us through our current space tech which looks more ero dynamic and more powerful than this space junk like 3 months was it to reach the Sun from Earth at which point however far Mercury right is from the Sun that planet is pretty much burning check it out its one of the hottest planets if I’ve got that right and its not even 42 spaceship levels of close to the Sun 🙂 so as we approach the sun unless we are robots we would likely be gone by the range of Mercury if we are not in spaceships that protect us enough not some ‘cheap’ spaceship where people just open doors and stare right at the sun which is like a tennis ball throw away hahahhaha 🙂

Sun Temperature – 5500.C or 10 thousand degrees Fahrenheit 🙂

It looks like our Sun and yes there are bigger and smaller sizes of Sun’s just watch the video and the other link but lets say in 42 its an Earth like Sun same mass ect 🙂

So the very hot room on the ship that should of killed them is well over 2000.C less than the Sun they are right next to and open the door too 🙂 you know I understand only the Doctor opened the door and somehow survived, but if you open a door of a car on a hot day the whole car will get hotter 🙂 and yes its a mile long spaceship but its not hot air ha its the Sun next to them 🙂 I think we better call the Slitheen to switch off the Sun dont want to get sunburned to smithereens haahahha 🙂 one of my fav jokes wow 🙂

hahahaha I was just checking the temperature video for information isn’t this perfect – 42 degrees is almost always fatal not to laugh about fatal but how great they match maybe that what Chibnall was trying to teach us the temperature at which you likely die how amazing just finished my 42 review look for the info on lave and I thought mmm check the part about human temperature and just see 42 pop up in screen as dangerous temperature ha 🙂

This might have some more temperature examples cause bright = heat thats why some things can glow so just wanna include this and think how come none of them are blinded by the Sun haha 🙂

So it could be even worse if Chibnall didn’t go for Classic Sun – if it was massive it would have been even hotter/brighter ect ect and woah that would be a hot episode 🙂

Lucky there wasnt a Solar Storm too or worse like a Quazar, Blazar , a Neutron Star, got hit by a Gamma Ray Burst or even a Stange Star syphoning the fuel of that would mmm be a disaster think Flux cloud all over again 🙂

I understand this is Who and often Doctor and friends win but lucky it was a normal bog standard living star, if I was a living star wouldn’t I throw solar storms at my opponent that could have been another element like the dodging Millses scene in the End Of Time , really lots of potential here and the narrowness of the ship maybe could have fixed the engine and then tried to dodge solar waves ect as the Sun fights back trying to get its fuel or revenge 🙂

I also forgot to mention cause I have like 5 ideas running throw my head like checking the lava temperature ect had to go to corner shop and saved this in case and then got the Scooby Doo idea in the loo haha 🙂 what I wanted to say before and maybe it’s nonsense, I thought about the spaceship is broken cause the Sun’s Particles and yes the Doctor says should have scanned for life, maybe a hint of pregnancy sorry if I’ve upset anyone , and also since its November you always hear check your leave and wood piles for hedgehogs 🙂 before you burn them, just be cautions where life could be and keep it safe 🙂

The particles in the fuel apparently wreck the engine yes I said many times about mixing the fuel ect but maybe its a small message about how we are dependent on fuel, don’t even think about what you putting in when your at the petrol station you know what’s it made out of ect, we hear about fossil fuels a lot but when your at the station  you just want fuel and sometimes you can get it mixed wrong fuel in the car but I think it’s about how the fuel and holding onto it is bad.

I know but the particles wreck the ship leaving the people hurtling towards the Sun, and at the end they ditch the fuel I say ditch now cause its important, they do that and their special super engines work and they escape isn’t it neat 🙂 I know all about global warming how we all hear about it ect (back in 2007 less soo thought it was important then as is now) but it’s like hey look what happens using the conventional fuel the ship often scoops fuel, it’s a routine, you think it’s good but you didn’t bother to look at the bad the risk to life, cause you think it will always stay the same, no it will lead to a disaster if you’re not careful if you dont check and look around look at life and what’s there.

You know they are all stuck and drifting till they lose the fuel, the greed the pollution, they find a better source give a living being backs its heart and they get to leave maybe the Sun was holding them after all till they did the right thing and let them go, they could have not listened not acted quick enough and lost, the Doctor was there to save them and showed them the way and fast, think of us now we see it on the news Cop 27 highway to disaster and we are not fixing it quick enough.

The people of 42 gave back the fuel, ditched it cause it was hurting a living creature and risking their lives, their blindness not to check for live nearly got them killed, look around and see global warming and what can you do to help and look for nature and give it a home 🙂 help it :), its amazing just soo subbtual about greed and the pollution in the fuel that drives our society and its literally a Sun, they are falling into the Sun cause of that fuel, like greenhouse gases we have trapped our Sun’s rays on our planet in the atmosphere like these people in 42 trapped the particles in their engine the heart of their ship, home and business and now they are trapped being drawn into disaster till they were saved, what are we doing, we are still holding the fuel and waiting for what till we run out of time when global warming is too server, isn’t it crazy too I know it’s based on thunderbirds and the film 24 about the Sun (both have the sun as the threat the literally fire that will burn us and our planet if we trap it) but to me the tittle especially now with all this Cop climate talks it makes me think of how long we have left to fix our world when is it too late cop 42 would be a too late situation and 2042 if we don’t fix our ways or 42 years from 2007 when the ep was made = 2049 which is close to the middle of the century all would be too late and at points in our world where if not fixed and reversed we will fall off the climate change cliff like in that film 2012 and fall into the lava at the volcano, we see it and we hear it in these Cop summits too 🙂 I really like that main guy the head of something he really does seem to care and is worried we are on doom yes I don’t wanna hurt people or upset people about this but I appreciate he is not a big business or anything hiding his head in the hot sand he is in charge of something big that could help and he really wants to it seems 🙂

Are we all drifting to a hot planet no escape from the particles/rays of the sun, do we have a Doctor or are we Martha and dumped our greed and did something to save us all 🙂

I’m not sure if the Sun actually is holding them just think its gravity pulling them in but when they get rid of a lot of fuel just wonder how they get away, hope they just tipped out enough to clear the particles, but you still wonder can that ship really escape a Sun as close as it is mmm hopefully and hope they have enough fuel to escape till the recuse team arrives.

Making a Dyson sphere is possible and future generations will likely build one just would take a lot of money and effort, we also have what’s it called satellites ? that can travel through space cause of Solar light 🙂 like a ship’s sails on the wind, and I am sure I’ve heard of something we put near or into the Sun, it was strong enough to survive the heat and get near the surface of the sun just think its destroyed by gravity ect

So there is many possibilities @rewvian 🙂 and we have man made carbon nano tubes which are incredibly strong the strongest material we right now unless something newer has been discovered 🙂 so one day we could have spaceships powered by the Sun as seen in the video I sent you as well as strong enough and heat proof enough to get super smokingly close haha 🙂

The spaceship in 42 is not designed to survive the heat ect caused when getting too close to the Sun, some call it a cargo ship, I think they just scooped the Sun’s power of some kind which means they got close enough to do that but the Sun particles ruined the engines and now they are drifting into it like having an anchor on a ship near a waterfall or a in a storm if the anchor breaks your gonna get dragged around.

The spaceship in 42 while very heat proof (given the situation) isn’t protected enough, its literally bubbling and blowing, in the very opening of the ep The Doctor says the venting systems are working on full power and we are told the temperature of the room the Doctor arrived in has jumped 3000 degrees in 10 second let alone what it was before the additional 3000 degrees very hot haha 🙂

The Doctor then opens this door and nobody dies hahahaha have any of you seen the film Volcano 🙂 it used to scare me soo much, I missed the beginning when I was a kid so it was all the night scenes of the Volcano moving and the train and just makes you nervous like with sink holes could happen anywhere any time you know.

I recently saw that film on T.V. again, it’s funny I miss the start as a kid watch all the way, then as a grown up 🙂 I see the beginning and miss the rest 🙂 so I have seen it fully just in two orders haha 🙂 timey wimey 🙂 and literally opening the steaming door in that film kills someone just steam and even the characters in heat proof things you wear when standing next to a volcano are steaming up like woah, I am gonna post after this how hot is lava cause I know which video will tell me (Vsauce) and compare the spaceship in 42 and I bet you I am gonna laugh 🙂 this was said at 17:22 🙂

I’m looking at it all, I think they are in the back or middle of the ship and they need to go through the doors behind them I think to reach the front of the ship as the ones in front of them are locking down for some reason maybe it’s hot tech ha or the Sun’s direct influence just not sure if they open those locked doors again ?

let’s say here is the back of the ship <E-E-E-E-E-P and the E’s are the doors between rooms 🙂

I reckon if they don’t open those locked doors again (I have to check the ep) they are like at E 2 (left) and P is the front of the ship which would make sense with the small useless venting room at the back, so must be other doors behind them also the Doctor’s landing room becomes the hottest room hahaha didnt think I would say that in a review 🙂 and it seems like a small room which would heat up quicker and retain more heat like insulation since its small 🙂

I re watched the opening as I write this, turns out the engine has been sabotaged and the 4 main people didn’t know, that’s ok the engine just broke 4 mins ago but here’s what I dont understand as the Doctor would say haha 🙂 is how is it broken but fine at the end again this goes to the is it The Sun that pushed them away, how does dumping fuel fix it ect

I just watched the scene to get the temperature and they all walk under neath the floor which is I guess where they went with all the locked doors in front of them and being near the back of the ship I reckon 🙂 just walk underneath haha 🙂 and all the main crew are shocked to see the engine in ruins so it doesn’t normally look like that, and I was thinking mmm the mechanic might of broken the engine but what’s the point if he is going to crash into you know the Sun by doing this, and I think he tried to get tools to fix it before being turned into a sun Zombie soooo who broken then engine if its #been tampered with hahaha 🙂

The Sun hasn’t even fully infected Corwin yet and someone has smashed up the engine like physically not bad fuel or burnt it there’s pieces falling off so who broke it ??? and how was it fixed at the end if it really is broken like I said in my previous comments, its actually even worse now as its physically broken so what is dumping fuel gonna do ? in addition to my points before about how can they move ect in previous messages 🙂

I watched the ending scene to see how close the ship got to the sun and someone in the ep says ocellary reserves in reference to the engine with the lines so they have back up engines or generators to fly them away, how does dumping fuel fix this why haven’t they melted or been tampered with ?

I think looking at the bars in the scene when the engine starts ect reckon these engines are like sci fi power of some kind of electricity you know like hover boards but this ship as fuel too, how do I say these back ups are not liquid power they are like force power not joking, its like a Maglev train floats through electricity pushing it up , its something like a force powering these engines dont know what word or example I am looking for but to me in that scene its like Gridlock or something a car that uses fuel but can hover and rise up 🙂

Maybe it is the Sun pulling them in, breaking them ect, why is the engine smashed before any space zombies are walking around unless its the mechanic smashing an engine that’s gonna result in the spaceship you’re in crashing into the Sun and then why help to fix it ? hahaha 🙂

That could make sense, maybe the alien was like ah if I break their engine, they are gonna fall into me ha 🙂 and then realized people are gonna try and fix it and The Doctor also arrives and he is genius he would know what to do with his super ship 🙂 so the Sun fully infects Corwin and then he places his suit on and goes round burning people 🙂

You know like Midnight it’s like checking things out looking for the weakness then acting and trying to destroy the crew 🙂

Martha doesn’t become infected looking through the window ?? so maybe the Sun picked one person to mess up the ship and then smarty Doctor is there the Sun is thinking if I take him over I’ve won 🙂 didn’t think Marath was important or clever enough to find a solution and beat the Sun haha 🙂 , yeah I beat the Slitheen Rose says to Sarah Jane Smith 🙂 well Martha beat a living Sun and with no Doctor help on her own 🙂

I wonder it could be the ship runs on these forces like a type of ray and that’s how the Sun attacks it and stops all the engines working or the particles mess up something – this cargo ship collects fuel I guess maybe it’s like an electric car doesn’t need fuel but you can collect fuel from the petrol station but maybe it all got mixed by accident if these super engines didn’t work till the fuel was gone, so it could be the engines have a similar kind of engine power source as The Millennium Falcon or even The Delorian some kind of sci fi juice 🙂

Why else say these fancy words and show power levels, you don’t have power levels in a car I guess they both show how the engine is working but they are different types of power and different types of engines one where the bars go up like little energy packs when the ship is moving 🙂 but picking up this fuel as wrecked them somehow, who knows if the storage bay and engine got mixed, I don’t know it’s not like a Waters of Mars thing where the filtration broke down which lead to infected water getting in, it’s never explained what the sun particles actually did that stopped, or if they just scoop fuel straight into the engines them ? where is the part for storing fuel and like the exhaust system ?

Your telling me in 4 minutes of collecting this fuel, the amount of tiny sun particles (which didn’t look like a lot in the dumping scene ha 🙂 ) inside the fuel compared with the amount of fuel needed for this miles long spaceship to move which I hope they have enough of left by the way has been scooped up, found its way to the engine all along the miles of spaceship and broken the engine already what is it direct syphon ??

Another question – How did the sun particles infected others when it was in the fuel section, The Doctor has to look at the Sun for a long time to get infected, why is Corwin infected ? maybe he did the same it’s just annoying that it’s never explained and dumping the fuel takes it out the Doctor I like the scene with his eyes returning but wouldn’t it be inside him maybe they should have drained it out of him like bad blood, is it the alien letting go or losing its strength on him now there is no more sun particles ?

I do enjoy all common sense is melting away I don’t understand how I can see this all and none of the producers for the episode noticed.

I do enjoy this ep more though pretty much the only thing to pick apart is the biggest thing starting you and The Doctor’s lovely eyes 🙂 haha in the face – The Sun * I understand the crew ect aren’t meant to be in this situation but how has the ship managed, it’s like a cargo ship and maybe this used to be what it was designed for Sun scooping to sell the fuel and McDonnell the Captain still practices that on her ship even when it’s out lawed.

McDonnell has become soo used to scooping she doesn’t check for life which causes the particles to get in and I bet it was like a fuel stop, and when they went to re start the engines to fly away they soon found out its not working and now they are drifting to disaster like that show countdown to disaster, (in the opening they do say the engines stopped 4 mins ago so its likely they did mean to move and just recently its stopped) the temperature while looking like something 40’c with the actors, you could say both in Doctor Who and parallel Universe haha 🙂 the Ship is shielding them from the worst but what about the outside how come nothing is melting away and seals cracking letting out oxygen, if I was on this boiling ship which is 40 mins before boom I would be thinking is this wall gonna hold or the engine gonna explode and random fires, and in the ep they fall 40mins worth of time closer to the Sun soo much so the back of the ship is nearly in the Sun at the end where is more bang for my buck haha 🙂

I know its all Spacy ect but couldn’t we see more effects of the ship melting away would add more tension and visible effects of rooms melting ect ect , no wonder the engine is nackerd its properly overheating.

Even in the episode with the questions Riley says ‘this ship is soo cheap’ this isn’t a Starline Cruiser, even the flying Titanic was doing better after meteorites hit through it, this piece of old junk is coping against the heat and gravitational pull of the sun not crushing it or anything literally it’s like upside down ice-cream shape, bulking at the engine end and then long and narrow through the rest, and its spinning slowly which probs would be quicker in real life like in Interstellar movie and how things orbit round planets, the ship in 42 is just spinning in one spot not orbiting even still under all the pressure of gravity and melting this narrow strip should have snapped in addition to the forces of spinning, you think if I spin you around while pulling your arm, your arm is gonna break there is 2 direction of pull  – how is this junk ship perfectly fine whilst this is going on apart from a few steamy pipes blowing and a nacked engine which the episode tells us is broken cause of the alien particles its all pretty fine and structurally strong  – though I know now whilst still writing my review at 17:11 the engine has been sabotaged so how does it ever work again ? must have those fancy back up engines haha wonder how the heat didn’t kill the engine and the super fancy one too it’s still made out of components that can melt and over heat breaking both power sources of the engines 🙂

I know budget and not to waste time but to have the threat even better apart from some steamy faces and smoke which is a good start there should have been the space zombies melting parts of the ship like the engine that would be scary for the audience, the space engine is gone like in Midnight 🙂 so you know they zombies should be doing actual damage to the ship like the tiny spider robots in The End of The World which has the threat of the tiny robots have borken the shileds and the Sun in front of us is gonna explode ta da thats your threat for the epidose 🙂 so the Doctor , Martha and crew cant stop the zombies (a bit like Pa Ting 🙂 ) cause they would melt them alive so The Doctor has to find a way of stopping them like the ice pipe we see that guy use to freeze them 🙂 would have been cool the ship is crashing people trying to fix it so space zombie fights back, infects some crew they you got melty hands ect taking junks out the ship ect 🙂 and you cant face them down or your toast haha 🙂

Really should have been more evidence of the heat affecting the ship 🙂 the engine is already gone when we have the episdo we dont see it break or someone wreck it and the ep tells us its not cause the sun or heat that it broke really ha ? bit more like waters of mars but heat, the space zombies melting doors after you try and lock them out of the control room and they could melt the engine and we see it and then the ship losses power 🙂 or they melt the control room you know things like this I know its just fire but you could use it well like Waters of Mars did 🙂

Literally the whole ep is the heat the heat, what does it do nothing really apart from lock the Tardis away in the hottest room possible and cause a few steam explosions, you have the space zombies but they dont melt anything apart from people and its still not great they get picked off one by one ha where is the tension and race thats the whole point of 42 being 42 mins of real time, I know waters of Mars is not on the same level but you have the infection attack people and try and throw water at them, the women melts the ice at the top of the roof, the whole base is going down, people are turning, and so at the end when the Doctor goes back its incredible he saved them in the worst possible situation 🙂 I dont mind Martha saving the Doctor but where was the addition stakes

The heat does nothing to the ship so the sun is pointless till the spaceship crashes into it

The Space zombies were placed to add more tension and a monster of the week which some people think is pointless as in 42 mins the Sun would have got all the crew and the fuel anyway but even with the zombies what do they do apart from take out a few people we dont know about, mostly in off screen ways apart from Baldi who we see’s brains fry as he gets turned

You know its like Scooby Doo (which is amazing 🙂 ) if they all stuck together they would have been fine 🙂 what are the zombies gonna do they never melt any doors ect, yes can vaporize you but if you are between them and a door what they gonna do and you could have frozen the one kept it all under control I know for plot it doesn’t happen but they needed to show they were stronger, you can just wrap your arms around them and punch them in the tummy and they cant do anything, if you could tie up their hands they cant open their visor unless their while body starts to get hot and glow which would be another cool we are safe now oh wait whopps they can do that but it would make sense 🙂

Like Vote Saxon 07 said we should have seen the space zombies melt the door or the controls of the escape pod Martha was in that’s the whole point of them being flams and heat walkers not just a glow of they eyes which is nice but where is the melting of the ship ect, corning someone and melting them or the person shuts the door and we all think ah they survived maybe even the Doctor dead lock seals the door or something and you think wow I love that characters its good they are safe, like with Lynda with a y in the Parting of The Ways 🙂 and then snap spoilers the Daleks get her a different way by shooting the glass and throwing her into the vacuum of space and that was good 🙂 and you miss her, then in 42 you could have the safe room ah then the zombies start their powers and heat up the room, the characters says its like a Sauna in her classic movie line (if they don’t know the space zombie is attacking them) slowly getting hotter or they could know the zombie was right there, how can they get out the zombie is in front of the door and the room is boiling and the Doctor could try rushing through the ship to save them even with a bucket of water at a nod to Love and Monsters haha 🙂 but cant save them in time and they are gone cause of too much heat

The potential of the villains and situation is good but wasted at the same could all be cooler well hotter 🙂

This all could have been soo much tighter written and better 🙂

You know a lot of people me too are scared of drowning , and we got the threat of the Waters of Mars people not cause drowning but cause it was an infection more of us are scared of infection and death right a plague, zombies ect and an infection with the water element meaning it can get through anything and 1 drop your finished is super scary and mixes both threats which actually is real mixing most fears together logical ones like graveyard at night can make the fear worse thats what Waters of Mars did 🙂

Now I am scared of drowning and sharks you know but on land ah nothing can happen unless its the Carionights haha 🙂 but fire, anyone’s house could burn down, lighting, global warming, risk of burns how it feels ect the film volcano was soo scary to me as I said lava didn’t stop just kept going through everything till the end of the film that’s what we needed that’s what was missing the fear in fire what can it do, you cant touch hot or you get pain or death what can it do to your surroundings you know it needed a jump on the fear level and what was occurring in the ep i.e melting the ship apart no room is safe from heat ect 🙂

The episode needs to show more damage to the ship, proper danger of heat and the villains used better, I am not trying to make a horror but surely something I said would have worked better right ? melt the doors, the ship is on the verge of blowing up cause of the heat and pressure as well as gravitational pressure, certain parts should have been explained better and smoothened out like how we got the engine working if it was wrecked and who did that and so on 🙂

I did enjoy this ep more as I said in my good review ha 🙂 and probs gave lots of things I like but I would like this more 🙂

Sun scooping is out lawed in the galaxy, I reckon cause A in case some Sun’s are alive and B the danger of getting too close like seen here cause the Sun’s particles ruin the engine. I wrote this a while back and the top levels about heat and underneath later on 🙂

I do like this ep more than I used to but since watch a review of it yesterday and having a news flash along with the other this doesn’t make sense I have notice this ep is crazily bonkers about how everything wasn’t a disaster and turned out well, I know its Sci Fi and some say don’t care about it, I will still like this ep but if I am re viewing it and see this massive solar sized issue I wanna mention it I even tried to work out how they ship escaped at the end in my last review I said it could be the Sun forgiving them and helping them out though it does kill people with the space zombies soo not sure how forgiving it is, I’m gonna kill off your crew and I have my soul back now I’ll give you a push to fly away hahaha 🙂

I know the whole ep is about rushing around to fix the situation, but it seems like Chibnall rushed around when writing this all, this episode has soo many leaky plot points and mystery about the engine dilemma let alone anything else I found/will find that this ship would be leaking fuel everywhere when I am done with it haha 🙂

19:15 I think I am happy with this 🙂 its good ep I did enjoy but recently found a major problem and would like it more if the concept was utilized better especially given the aim to add tension and speed with the 42 minute countdown 🙂

I re watched this ep a while back, it was better than I used to think, however watching a review about the episode today I have one question/mystery ;

If Martha and Riley are going through the 29 locked doors to reach the front of the ship that I assume has the engine bay to restart the ship, how does the ending work ?

Martha and Riley didn’t complete their mission or use any software to reset the ship, The Doctor then saves the escape pod at such point The Doctor becomes infected, and Martha works out the solution (which I’m perfectly fine with) however when she orders the crew dump the fuel what does that do ?

I know they took out the fuel which had the particles in, but I thought the engine was broken which is why they had to jump start it from the other side of the ship, what is this massive block of wires and metal in the middle of the floor, it’s the engine ? if so how did they restart that without using whatever systems are at the front of the ship ?

I can think of it like when you put the wrong fuel in a car, depending on the fuel it will break the car engine, but the engine doesn’t suddenly work again by dumping the fuel if it’s become broken, the way to save it is you quickly realise and quickly dump the fuel and the car engine might survive without too much harm.

I know its all rush rush rush and maybe Chibnall didn’t notice but I did ha 🙂 the whole point of the locked doors is to reach the engine control room to re start the ship, that’s never achieved yet the thing in the floor is fixed when the fuel is removed from it, yes it could have be struggling like the example of the car but if its ‘broken’ how does it work again by removing fuel, I saw the review and heard someone had hacked the engines but just checking now it turns out that happens later haha so big problem again.

So 1 , we have Martha and Riley not reach the engine bay therefore they dont re start the ship’s engine , 2 later on someone i.e. the sun zombies I guess have hacked the system so the generators don work therefore the engine can’t be jump started, ooo 3 how does dumping all the fuel solve the problem if the previous 2 are problems in conjunction how does the ship fly away if all the fuel is dumped is it just reserves or enough left to go on ? like if I dump my car’s fuel the car doesn’t get moving hahaha 🙂

Yeah I remember afterwards they said they barley have enough fuel to go on since they dumped soo much of it haha 🙂

I understand this looks like small issues but this is the whole point of the ep, the ship is crashing into the Sun with no engine power to save it, and yes its ever since they synthon the fuel and got all the Sun particles which ruined the engine like bad fuel but that has broken the engine which was further hacked by the Sun zombies to shut the crew out from jump starting the ship soo how will this ship ever work again given the limited time they have to save it and all the reasons it shouldn’t move just by dumping the fuel.

If your gear box or engine is broken putting fuel in or bad fuel out isn’t going to fix anything, wonder if it’s all a ‘spaceship type systems’ doesn’t have this problem ?

Maybe it was the Sun 🙂 given the particles back it helped push them away or even restart the engine the fire to go you know 🙂

I am glad I wrote that a while back in this review cause its the only reason left haha yes fuel dump takes out the bad particles that’s ruining the engine but A its already broke and B it wasn’t fixed at the engine bay and C the crew’s attempts where further stopped by the hacking zombies hahaha who knew they could be soo smart 🙂 and D they are running out of fuel, so 4 big reasons the engine is ruined, their escapes has all gotta be the Sun 🙂

Riley say they sent out a distress signal so I guess they are just waiting in Space and can’t move that makes more sense I do sometimes have to remember they dumped all the fuel right so that’s the distress signal explained, umm the ship moved far away I hope far enough that by the time the rescue party arrives the ship has just drifted back into the path of the Sun hahahaha 🙂 I really do hope Space AA isnt delayed hahahah 🙂

I love this who knew such disaster could be overlooked until a spark goes off in my head similar to a car engine and I ref into – stop its question time haha 🙂

I dont know about putting this here cause A it says like complaining and B its under my honest goal to do something about our planet, but I dont know where else to put this

Just quite fed up and stressed today, very worried about my driving lesson and the teacher telling me off 🙁 its getting worse and I am struggling with booking my theory cause of technical difficulties but ofcourse its gonna be my fault.

Then I woke up today checked message as you do and found out a really sweet girl I’ve been talking to blocked me for no reason so I messaged her somewhere else, just soo fed up when people dont like something, or something is bothering them and they never tell you , they just block you, why not tell me cause then I would understand and things can change I am sick of this, I messaged her elsewhere explained a lot and honest just want a kind friend didnt know anything was bothering her cause I was doing what she wanted and kept saying was fine with over and over again

I hate this soo much cause other girls have done this to me just why not be honest, at school helped a girl cause it was raining and we walked in the same direction home, and we talked a bit and sort of became routine just walking in the same direction together and little talks, and I kept asking her over and over again “are you fine with this, is it ok we cans stop if it bothers you” ect ect many many times and all I got was nah its fine each time, I felt something was wrong and was scared messing up cause one of my first friends in six form where all my others friends had moved schools, and time and time again nobody tells you there’s a problem they just tell other people that know you and they tell you blach blach this person says your freaking them out , then why never tell me its a problem, if I know I would stop A walking with the girl soo much ect ect I would wanna know and talk and work it out

I dont know why people are like this, there have a problem and isntead of letting you know they just turn on you out of knowhere , I lost a good little friendship group and someone I truly love cause of problems like this he freaks us out cause he gives us gifts at Christmas what is the problem with that anyone ??

Just want new and kind and caring friends, not people who will trick me, not people who dont care about me just what I can buy them , I lost Instagram cause it got hacked by someone who was soo sweet and I dont know what is the goal they faked it all I dont know I was starting to like them cause they were the most caring and then I get that, and then the good people you meet nobody tells you I dont like that ect ect

Why is everything have to be soo carefully said, the girl I loved kept telling me off and I was scared to talk to her, she just got more and more mean and closed off from the friendly person I knew in school, and its like I wasnt good enough to talk to her what do I do change myself it all had to have meaing she kept saying, dont I mean anything to you, the kindess I showed you how many times we laughed and kept in touch over the shcool holidays that is nothing cause I dont say everything perfect and with meaning each time, how can you drag meaning out of everything.

Why cant anyone be honest and why does everything said have to have meaning and be perfection.

I am glad for one thing only about moving to Portugal the people there are kind, understanding like to socialise and the girls are not judgey, perfection seeking missiles that everything you do and say has to be perfect to them and what they want or you’re a weirdo, they actually care about people and know all people are different not perfect little robots that can mind read you cause you never tell me there’s a problem I have to work it out on my own even though each time I asked it was oh everything’s fine dont worry, soo frustrating.

I was just reading previous comments in this section and now a bit worried, I know I talk way too much and I dont know bit nervous now that I could be for the chop you know.

I just wanted to suggest something nice, I understand if 1 its not something you feel is important and 2 if its technically difficult to add now onto the site cause soo many people and its all coding ect

I just had an idea like how can we make the site more appealing little things 🙂 and if it’s possible could we have like a little square or something you can hover over near a person’s profile image/name (if it’s not written underneath people’s names) that highlights what their favorite Episode is and maybe least fav.

With the little info near or under the profile image/name think it would be nice personal touch and maybe help start conversations, could even have an option where you can write (ofcourse within reason) what your fav show or something is for example if you like Robin it will say well Robin or a small image of him in a square, maybe could tell your fav food ect ect just a little touch think it could be sweet wonder if anyone else likes this idea ?

Ah yes I see your point about the sea ha 🙂 it got away from me hahaha 🙂

Well whatever they truly are maybe they can drown in the sea if not in the stone form, you could still trap them in the cage which is hard to get out of cause the water pressure, Weeping Angles are very strong so let’s forget that for now oh and they can get past dead lock seals right, tough to trap.

The Manhattan one was trapped in chains though so you could chain them inside the cage, also the easy solution is take the cage or lift with you holding onto it with the sea submarine that can go way down which you can see out of, or just weighing the cage down so it sinks and hooking up camera’s to see inside it as it goes down to keep the Angle there, there must be a sonic way to keep the cameras going and the submarine long enough, it would be crazy to have a weeping angle ep where its like the Ice Warrior just 1 on a submarine 🙂

I just thought yes we have to go on what the show runner has given us but you never see Weeping Angles walk through water or anything, maybe cause they would sink but also water breaks everything over time, it wears down cliff faces as the Doctor say, I wonder if its normal rock could water damage work on them, wearing away at the stone and soaking them 🙂

Soo many possibilities these recent posts and ideas have been a joy and really stepped up my love of the Weeping Angles and wonder of the possibilities they could still be fresh as meat in a stone fridge ha 🙂

Its soo interesting working them out 🙂

they can break through things and opened that door that shouldn’t open, I wonder though could they break through rock if it was a strong rock wall, it’s almost like they have the Doctor’s Sonic as a power you know, can open any door but better then his none wood compatible version 🙂

We have seen them get upstairs, so it’s amazing how none of them have miss timed the look of others, froze and fallen down the stairs, maybe they are more in tune at risky times, also in The Angels take Manhattan where I am thinking of the Stair scene they turn off the lights I think, and The Doctor gives up looking at them cause there is soo many from all sides he just runs with River so nobody was looking at them so maybe they glided or floated or anything up the stairs as we dont know the true form, even heard a review where he thought they might be like water substance when not looked at as the move soo quick and silently no footstep sounds

I reckon if they flew about if others none angels are around, cause they can coordinate with each other it would be bad idea image some looks at it, its just gonna fall from the sky and maybe shatter or land on its back.

I thought though and if its a religious thing perhaps like angles ect for these people we became stone, I read in a book I had about some mirror or something and they turned to stone and there is that plague idea, anyway we dont know their true form , forgot what I was gonna say, ah 2 things, might be more but lost focuse with family ;

1 The Angles of old ect so they have been like this for billions of years the weeping form I reckon, still dont know if they can directly time travel that mirror thing I am sure it was some sort of Egyptian thingy so not sure how time line wise that could be the origin, how do they get from one time to another you know I just think they are like us stuck in the present in their present.

So I was gonna say 1 The Weeping Angels have many forms if that blink cliff hanger is true, the Aplands are different and there is a Mother Stature and the Cherubs in The Angles take Manhattan I wonder if they can change depending on the situation ect like a digues or its the one they have become locked in since that particular angel existed, maybe each time they are not looked at they could chose to change The Doctor and River do mention the angles infiltrating the City of Manhattan so they must have been normal looking the ones we know and they fitted in to the area like the Cherubs, this also works for Blink 🙂 statues like seen in blink are common we had one similar in our Garden which freaked me out ha 🙂 then they hunt Sally Sparow and are in the grave yard then the Church like building they all fit the themes of the area and what kinda of statures you expect to find there 🙂

Angles have wings maybe their wings dont actually work just what they are trying to fit in as and are well know as Weeping Angles so they can have wings, not all have wings but all are rock.

I thought what if the wings are the more ancient version and recent times with humans making statues the Mother, the Cherubs, the big thinking guy at the end of Blink are all modern Angles or Angles who have changed to look like our statues now, think of ancient roman statues, statues in grave yards 1000 years ago, Egyptian ones, Roman ect there are lots of changes over time could be the Angles adapt too 🙂

The Aplands are weakened at the start but are still angels so with full power they reform back into the Weeping Angles we know of , a maze of the dead, again like graveyard statues ect if The Doctor didnt know the Aplands had 2 heads you wouldn’t realise all those statues are actually Angles, I know 4th, 5th and 6th Doctor have had interactions with angles in books and Big Finish but in New Who only not wider media it was jus the 10th Doctor so far and they barley interacted with him , probs didn’t know he knew soo much about them unless Division breaks this ha and so I reckon like with anyone the angels in Flesh and Stone just thought people wouldn’t know the 2 headed Aplands they died out ages ago and maybe an ancient not well know people so they just hide as statures thinking nobody would notice 🙂

2 What if its obvious all along , we dont know their form and they are incredibly strong or have sonic ish powers to open that door but when not looking maybe they are like wind ?? wind can be extremely quick or even just pure light , light is the fastest thing ever and if you break the sound barrier you create a big sound, we don’t hear an explosion or anything and maybe it’s just the wind outside cause the house has windows open smashed ect but its interesting in Blink when they move the angles leave a wind like sound behind them like a swoosh as if they just move as quick as the wind or like the wind metaphorically or actually something wind like, it could be they are soo quick the air around them makes a sound and the house being open to outside elements could be windy outside like it was in the night scene at the start, I will have to check their sounds when moving through the ep I do think in the car park its still that wind sound not the creepy wheel sound the sound when they move.

Its strange if they are like wind how can they open that door, maybe wind like to move but strong something when not being looked at interesting whats happend to them if they really are people who have being cursed or a plague crazy powers they have evolved but it has been billions of years for them wow when you think all has been said about them we just keep finding more well done fans haha 🙂 I mean we did just get the Angle surviving the burning paper and dust going into the eye of Jerico to move him through time so who knows what they are still capable of 🙂

Its mentioned in Blink maybe but I think in the Flesh and Stone 2 parter The Doctor says the ones in Blink were like scavengers , maybe running out of power ect the ones in the cave he implies are stronger , even thought most are drained who knows it might just be how much energy they have available to absorb gonna have to re check this  so far both are on the weakened edge or not very ruthless , Blink aim to get the Tardis mot really going through people unless in the way , I mean they could have started with Tenth and Martha and were gonna do their plan not after anyone else until Cathy and Sally got in the way, the maze angels are desperate to be saved and get power they are maybe dying or going dormant through lack of energy oh and in Manhattan the Angles are there to save the one in the collection but also realized Manhattan is perfect for them the City that Never Sleeps and the battery farm really boost them up 🙂 and they are just protecting the farm 🙂

Think they are just trying to get to Trenzalor on the Time of The Doctor and with Jodie they are under Division, wonder whats gonna happen when we have a story where they are fully powered and focused on doing something mad with lots of numbers, they only wanted Jodie in the Village ep but had many numbers mmm lots of possibilities 🙂

Wow who knew I could write soo much about the Angles you could say I really stripped the flesh off the stone 🙂 haha 🙂

hey Kurzgesagt how are you, I was writing a Doctor Who review and thought of something, yes helping to fix Climate change with all good methods so far like renewables is good and needed, the effects of climate change especially for less developed areas is terrible and we should all do a part to help each other and our PlanetI was just wondering 75% or 80% of Earth is covered in water, the deepest part is the Mariana Trench (which you have a video on ) and with sea levels rising would there be any merit in well digging man made trenches/wells with similar depth to the Mariana Trench. I understand we don’t want to cause earthquakes and I know such impacts on the sea floor wouldn’t be great for wildlife and corals, hopefully we can achieve this as gentle as possible but could this out there idea be useful in anyway ? So my idea is your effectively creating more space for the sea to enter and drain into like a sink, dig through the sea floor with no exit point cause it’s the sea leaving an exit point would make it useless, like the Titanic (RIP to all that lost their lives family and friends) the vessel could only hold soo much water on it, being a boat its nothing compared to the sea and all the water that flooded the vessel went back into the sea but a trench would drain/fill with a certain amount of water and keep it there at a lower level (if you search ‘Ice Age film Scratlantis scene’ where the Squirrel accidently drains a large portion of the ocean I’m thinking this type of effect but realistic, serious and controlled) if you could do this on a big scale could we delay sea levels climbing dangerously for threatened areas like rural low lying places and tropical islands or even have a stable man-made sea level after a decade or so that we can adjust as more ice unfortunately melts whilst we tackle climate change with methods such as carbon capture and turbines as time goes on. I was thinking would all the fish be drained into these trenches cause of the sea pressure or something like a vacuum, maybe if you make these trenches very large, flattened near the top like a funnel it may have less of a vacuum effect or could we somehow build a gap into wind turbines that are in the sea and have a panel on the side where only water can get through and build the turbine on top of a narrow trench width wise, yes I know this sounds silly but if you could build the turbine on stable ground with the trench in the middle you could safely keep people and sea creatures from falling into these gaps in the sea floor due to a vacuum effect and each trench can have a wind turbine which is double helpful traditional ideas are reliable and useful like wind turbines ect but sometimes radical is needed and this climate crisis we might have to think outside the box more often , hope my idea is taken seriously I tried to think of the ramifications and yes its just me so far I dont own a million pound company or anything so my idea might never be know or used world wide but its a suggestion and a helping hand if its possible all small steps lead to big changes I’m sorry this is all a big paragraph, if I press enter on the laptop it will just post my message not separate the text so it has to be written as one large text my apologies , take care everyone stay positive hugs Regards – Declan Sargent

Whilst I was writing my idea about throwing Weeping Angles into the Marian Trench I thought of something,

Here is my idea I am not rich or famous so maybe nothing will come of it, please take it seriously and if you could do anything to help maybe spread the idea to the Kurzgesagt team, Facebook page or YouTube Channel or any charity that is trying to help our planet would be extremely grateful and we all live on Earth for the time being lets look after it and each other 🙂 take care everyone and Earth hope we do better to look after it 🙂

Look there is what a 1000+ members in this lovely community could any of us help in some way , charity things, spread word , come up with ideas I know I sound like Greta ha but we can all do something and together could be really good 🙂

Here is my idea please at least read it and think positively not laugh at me cause its soo out landish or silly I really do mean it with my heart if I could help in some way, and I wanted to do a charity walk a while back but with health and family on my case I think i am gonna save that till I am a little older and have freedom to plan these things well and stay out and about doing things for the community and charity 🙂 I dont wanna brag I just thought can I help and I did a charity walk with a school group few years back down our local beach couple miles and I seemed to be the only one really going for it not just walking with the group but stopping to ask everyone on the way and even this old women thought I was scamming her cause my group and gone soo far ahead of me and I had the bucket with out name trying to tell her whats it for and I raised a lot of money in my bucket about 70 pounds on the walk much more than the other buckets and the group leader was soo proud of me it was just soo nice to do good and be thanked 🙂 really liked that whole school experience of a couple of weeks it was good for me, my health, my confidence ect which have all gone backwards but hope when I have my own house and freedom I can do this things again, and yes its a united mission but I feel like I am suited to it if given the chance so far I cant have that chance so I am working on ideas and felt like spreading them 🙂

I reckon there isn’t an ironically concrete answer for this ha 🙂 been wondering though about Weeping Angles, how do they move ?

First of all I saw a clip from a review of The Angels Take Manhattan, I wondered if you lure a Weeping Angle into a lift, then cut the power are they trapped there ? especially like in Speed 🙂 if the lift is not in line with the room.

Secondly how do they get around ? I dont think they can actually fly just move around very quick, can you image if one is moving and you look at it just as it reaches like a step and it tips over haha 🙂 that takes the word stoned to a whole new meaning haha 🙂

Though I wonder if they cant fly in the vacuum of space how do they get around, I reckon they just take rides on ships from their original planet from that cool book about them 🙂 that could be why The Weeping Angle is on the Bysantium 🙂

We dont know for sure if they can teleport through time just send others through time, the only evidence against are The Weeping angle in the graveyard that takes Amy and Rory and the ones in Village that teleport The Doctor as an angle.

You could say the graveyard one just waited in that location for decades and Weeping Angles (in fact didn’t they Doctor say it was patient 🙂 ) are soo quick it just looks like it teleported in 🙂 and The Village one, only Doctor Angle is moved and its a very special temporary occasion powered by Angles and The Division which we are told are massive players in the universe and Tec Tay Un is living between Universes so has power enough to escape Universes and hold a ship between the no where place like the Void Ship 🙂

Weeping Angles are affected by Gravity as seen in Flesh and Stone 🙂 maybe they could teleport away but didn’t have time to and were disorientated both by the affects of losing gravity and the crack after them 🙂

I do think back to things the Tenth Doctor said about them, perfect survival mechanism, as old as time, you cant kill a stone maybe they just move about but can live well forever if they have power/energy to feed off of 🙂 just waiting like a Tiger for people to come to close 🙂

When looking at my words I just thought, what if you place one in the sea ? especially if it really cant teleport away it would sink, they do feel pain and can be damaged and weakened, I assume they cant drown but throw them in the Mariana Trench the deepest part of the Sea on Earth 🙂 and I am sure they would be destroyed, the pressure there is soo strong and as I said Weeping Angles can be damaged like scratches ect just not like killed cause what are you aiming for I dont think they have a heart, (I wonder can they survive and re grow a head if its cut like angles have been seen to restore with power maybe 🙂 ) and I dont think they have like magic stone its called like a curse and I think the book about them it was a plague but I am sure its like normal stone ? so I am sure trap them in the lift, throw that down into the trench and you have rubble 🙂

I am ranking the whole show which got me thinking, Spoilers for the next path –

Its amazing we are having one of the most popular Doctor’s back with RTD as the show runner again 🙂

Series 13 I believe is done, not sure what happens to the specials and the 60th are they Series 14 ?

In terms of the amount of Classic Who seasons we are halfway there on the modern run 🙂 back then of-course many things were different such as multiple part stories often 4 – 7 stories a season with some Doctor’s having very short runs with few episodes, now a days each series on average tends to have between 9-11 episodes up 15-17 with specials so we have more a series 🙂 greater possibility of awesome episodes, so the next 13 Series could be awesome if the Show makes it that far 🙂

Not saying its guaranteed or any spoilers about the show getting there but just be nice as the show gets closer to matching its Classic length as time goes on I think the more The BBC and fans will want to reach that milestone of having the same amount of series to seasons as Classic 🙂

I know different times but from Season 1 to 13 of Classic there was soo much changes and great ideas and the show got stronger a while after 🙂 so we could be on a new 10th/11th Doctor style era with awesome ideas back 🙂

Thats the next goal I want the show to reach, the 60th is for certain but how many more series are in the que, I hope with RTD back it boosts the show, typically we get 3 series a Doctor and special eps 🙂 I really think if RTD 2 is a succuss we are guaranteed another set of 3 making it to 19 total the start of the 5th Doctor in comparison 🙂

I am looking forward to the new journey with a friendly face 🙂 we could get soo many interesting eps and gems over these next few series and so on 🙂 plus RTD has gotten stronger as a writer and knows what was good and bad about his run so the show could be awesome, I hope this is good way to re fresh the show and keep it going at least another 6 series 🙂

hey everyone 🙂 how are you all 🙂

I would like to mention I spent about 3 hours on this 🙂 from 22:56 to at least 1:53 🙂

I am not complaining I just wanted to share and now forgot what else I wanted to say good thing is tiredness haha oh and very happy and surprised the Internet didnt break as its been doing throughout the whole day, I wouldn’t mentiion this if it was like a few times , not just on and on and on cant talk to half my friends been struggling with loading things and watching vidoes so amazed for once with the longest thing I am writing in ages it didnt crash cause I think I would lose my mind if I had to re set everything ha what a day, its the Fireworks I am sure , our Internet has been going wobbly recently cutting off a lot of the time but I notice when its fireworks it really break every few mins I am sure fireworks must create interference, also if anyone has like a podcast and would like to place me in to talk Who to start that would be cool 🙂

Not sure what to do now apart from sleep ha missing a girl, scared of driving test, this was a brilliant nearly 3 hour distraction ha 🙂

I was watching the new review/analysis from clever … or so about the 11th Doctor you could find it based on those words I am sure 🙂 he is super good and its been over a year since the last review wow so when I saw it I was soo happy , watched nearly all of it and now I cant remember it was something oh Steven Moffet when he was young and Matt Smith too just there love of the show and what drove them into writing and how Moffet was nevrous new love for him, just something maybe I cant remember sort of like hey you know it would be great to be The Doctor I sort of felt inspired and also thought of a cool thing about the Doctor and health but if I dont forgot maybe I will talk about it another time, just image you get to do whatever if you write the show or being in a role would be sweet 🙂

I am shy, nobody here can tell haha 🙂 and I did drame at school at it always scared me and school plays telling a friend I think about remebering lines or saw it on T.V. someone talking about that and I know I couldnt do that didnt even remember where to go whats going on next dont like these things , but if I was Doctor Who yes I would be nervous of being in the role as you have to act and I dont wanna look silly or screw it up but actually after all the behind the scenes is done it will just be my style of Doctor and cool aliens and spaceships 🙂 thats what the audience sees that would be good 🙂

I wouldn’t have to worry as much I guess, bit like Peter Davidoson he had a lot of weight on his shoulders and was nervous in the part until later on lovely man though 🙂 I think I could cope with Who being a fan and sort of knowing hey if I say things right and have Doctor Style I cant wreck it cause everyone loves The Doctor and all the history ect would be sweet 🙂 its just be you really like Tom Baker said 🙂 🙂 he was just himself 🙂 🙂 while handing jelly babies to aliens haha 🙂

Can you imagine if I am The next Who or show runner one day and this is famous blog post haha 🙂 like with Steven Moffet 🙂

hey everyone 🙂 , how are you all today 🙂

I was just looking back , its been over a year since my lost post in this section wow

I think I like this section but often dont know what to do with it cause its like about all the Doctor’s and change and I often just land on the comfy sofa 🙂

I was thinking though now we have all the Jodie eps 🙂 and the internet keeps crashing here today so its hard to watch anything or talk to friends, I just went about ranking some Who, thought of leaving this till the end of the year really then realised we arent getting more Who till next year right so I can have this now and see how it changes later on 🙂

So I have seen a few YouTube videos like this or similar anway since this section is all about well all The Doctor’s 🙂 I’m gonna list my fav ep from each Doctor in Doctor number order, when I tried ranking them as a whole I got a bit confused which I prefer more when comparing Classic vs New so I just skipped that for now oh and I’ve ranked Series 13 which had some surprising results which I checked again, just feel like a what happend in these eps is needed before I am convinced 🙂

Here we go 🙂

1st Doctor – The War Machine 🙂 dont think I’ve seen any first Doctor yet, it was a struggle with the Second Doctor but what I have seen I really love the look of The War Machines and it seems intresting with the Robots and A.I. 🙂 so I am going with this one 🙂

2nd Doctor – Was a struggle cause I have seen a few and it was tough, some animated I couldn’t get through (of one of my fav aliens too) and some were like broken sort of tele snaps and audio very tough for me to get through with my concentration problems ect I have honestly developed with reading and its affected my Classic Who watching struggles even more than before let alone black and white hard to understand whats going on missing parts ect

So I believe its The Under Water Menace I was watching a couple weeks or so back unless its Fury from the Deep I have seen animated images and clips of that so I think I know which is which but get them confused often with the names, I saw the one where they have these massive cliffs ha sounds like Doctor Who to me 🙂 and there is some guy who has a cage to survive flooding and some craziness goes on 🙂 yes I normally just list the Classics in order of love to ooo but just feel like setting out reasons this time 🙂

So I think thats been the best one I could manage so far out of very few but I love Macra 🙂 and I really wanted to enjoy the animated version which I could get very far have to keep pushing with that one someday 🙂 so although I haven’t seen it enough I wont leave my giant crabs out of it so far on my 2nd Doctor journey 🙂

2nd Doctor – The Macra Terror 🙂

3rd Doctor – Colony in Space –  I have seen Inferno years ago dont think fully and I have been trying to push 3rd Doctor recently but its hard when parts are missing and my concertation is fading, tried Carnival of Monsters thought parts missing, one on a boat think that Carnival anyway, 2 Doctor was quite nice but just tired when getting through, seen a bit tried Claws of Axos and quite enjoyed the start but again I feel off the concertation train so wow was I happy when Coloney in Space though seeming like more normal base type eps not much crazy ideas you know I just could run with it and kept going still gotta complete it but at the point where the 3rd Doctor John Pertwee is in the Government type building, I think he’s escaped that and they are talking about food while one of the green aliens attacks someone 🙂

So yeah I find it quite enjoyable to watch , yes at parts I am losing focusing but its just easy to get through and The Doctor is funny and lovely in it so far 🙂 and I am sure as I have bones in my body ha one of the people in it is the actress who plays David’s Mum on Coronation Street who you may have seen on The Nation Treasure T.V. Awards something like that recently 🙂 which is actually helping me to get through the slower times cause its just interesting seeing her in the ep 🙂

4th Doctor 🙂 – The Sun Makers 🙂 I have talked about this ep before 🙂 a joy as pure as the Sun’s rays haha 🙂 I loved this , yes my concertation was a bit wobbly at times but I pushed through and laughed along the way 🙂 what a great little story and the Collector is great 🙂 the guy who is thrown off the building is hilarious I really love this story and Lela is lovely 🙂 , The Doctor is smart and wonderful 🙂 ooo and K9 🙂 I really had a lovely time watching this funny ep its like the next one with me I can watch it and just relax and absorb and enjoy 🙂

5th Doctor – Kinda 🙂 such a treat, I saw this year ago one of the earlies Classic Who eps I saw in addition to I reckon The Ark in Space as what I remember looks like that ep and City of Death ect 4th and 5th Doctor is where my Classic Who journey started and Kinda always stood out to me 🙂

I re watched it last year or so on my Classic jump in and watch of Season 19 which I found to love 🙂

Kinda is such a brilliant crazy episode 🙂 when I saw it years back I saw it then Snake Dance I guess shortly after cause I remember that one very well too but tracking through Season 19 I wouldnt have got a re watch of it so years and years back I saw that one on T.V. 🙂 love the two and was thinking which I like more sometimes I confuse myself with thinking actually did I like this one more cause it has the better things rather than my joy , this has confused me with Series 13 ranking I will explain later 🙂

Wow I ramble just nice sometimes to get all the thoughts save it for history you know 🙂

Anyway I re watched Kinda as I say and loved loved loved it again 🙂 I always knew it was a good one easy to breeze through and I loved and when going back I remember exactly why and found a lot of new respect 🙂

Everyone says the guy who played Banes in Human Nature and The Family of Blood is the best performed or single acted Doctor Who villain ever he is nice but even on re watch it didnt shine like Simon Rouse as Hindle 🙂 he is incredible 🙂 one of the best performances I have seen in Who 🙂  love that guy and the whole episode shines even though it seems calm it just gets more and more crazy and cicadellid its an amazing story 🙂 lovely acting, great ideas and villain 🙂 I always find this episode to be powerful and a joy to watch 🙂

This was always my fav Classic episode and The Sun Makers is Shining ha next to it both just make me smile but Kinda is still the top and has few beside it 🙂 I did a whole review of it somewhere 🙂 check it out I wrote till the cow’s came home 🙂 always would be awesome for The Mara to return imagine if whe had him back when Tegan was back woah would be cool to see that in big finish I guess 🙂

6th Doctor – Vengeance on Varos 🙂 I havnt seen much 6th Doctor find it harder to get through his era compared with the 5th Doctor or even the 4th Doctor 🙂 era , I tried The Cybermen one cause I love them and struggled then Twin and again just was like mmm I could do better tried Timelash and woah felt like I was missing something and it wasnt working heard bonkers reviews on it but just wasnt getting there it was still like this is crazy different, so I have struggled with this era to even get into an ep, again heard reviews of this story and the main villain and how much he is loved 🙂 and I loved what I saw and heard 🙂

So I have recently jabbed at Varos and its slow to start I am trying and trying to understand all the words, I am again very sure it has the actress who is the women in a mobility scooter in Benidorm 🙂 and was in Doctor Who as Clara’s family 🙂 and I saw her recently in All Creatures Great and Small which I love 🙂 which has the 5th Doctor actor Peter Davison before he was The Doctor 🙂

I think to myself , what a wonderful world 😉 haha 🙂

I do enjoy the ideas of Varous and the character of Sil, the look of things just need to put my concentrating glasses on and tackel it 🙂

7th Doctor –  Greatest Show in The Galaxy , This has been hard as well, I have tried and tried to watch this era, with what I love i.e Greatest Show in The Galaxy soo much was missing but what I love just woah I loved it was soo fun and easy to get through I was soo upset it just stopped at part 1 and I am sure the first like 10 mins weren’t even there just shows how much I love the ideas, look, characters ect ect 🙂

I tried Remembrance and didn’t click just felt very long paced and I couldn’t get through it but should try again 🙂

Really wanna watch The Happiness Patrol 🙂 love the Candy Man, The Doctor’s uno card “give me the gun” haha this Doctor is great at speeches and flipping the table 🙂 especially in Battle Field what a treat 🙂

P.S. – I love Merlin the show 🙂 grew up on still watch it sometimes and love the guy who plays Merlin who was in Midnight yay 🙂 and John Hurt lovely man who was the War Doctor and in the 5oth 🙂 so I do love that Merlin is discussed in this episode 🙂

Seen a lot more clips of Ghost Light and Curse of Fenric and I really wanna watch them 🙂

Silver Nemesis I tried cause I love Cybermen as I said, the start was nice though slow need to really know I am not missing something I think, soo much of this era is hard to find, if its not broken its cut you know but I think I would enjoy it 🙂

Dragon fire looks cool and love the Cafe’ scene in that I watch that clip a lot its soo funny and interesting 🙂 , Delta and The Banner Man looks cool and has Ken Dodd wonderful and beautiful we all love him 🙂

Lots of good stuff and The Doctor and Ace are lovely from what I’ve seen and I even like Mel quite a bit and this Blitz guy seems very cool 🙂 nice he is in a few episodes 🙂

Really could enjoy the era if I get past the beginnings and had complete eps hope fully some day 🙂

So far out of pure joy I am sticking with The Greatest Joy in The Galaxy 🙂

8th Doctor mmm I dont know, there isnt much but I havnt seen Night of The Doctor or the movie and its most likely gonna be the mini ep as I dont know how I can watch that movie but have seen soo little I dont include 8th Doctor at the moment, when I get to finishing the eps I have left of New Who and on that 50th run then I will see the lovely 8th Doctor and wonderful Paul McGann 🙂

So Night of The Doctor unless something crazy happens 🙂

War Doctor 🙂 – The Day of The Doctor 🙂 Lovely episode good to celebrate and its lovely having some Doctor’s back they work soo well together 🙂 the scene “No Sir ! all 13 ^_^ ” 🙂 is lovely , John Hurt 🙂 lovely man amazing voice like with Kilgharrah 🙂 The Great Dragon 🙂 from Merlin 🙂 lovely to see him as The Doctor and his smile at the end when they do the right thing 🙂 ” I am The Doctor again” 🙂 beautiful love seeing all the Doctor and Tom Baker my favrioute 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 is back as The Great Curator saw that scene again today soo lovely 🙂 🙂 🙂 lovely ep sometimes I overlook it and The War Doctor but he is gold dust 🙂

9th Doctor – The Unquiet Dead 🙂 such a joy 🙂 , used to always pick End of The World, love Slitheen and The Empty Child I saw ages ago but didn’t see the rest so was always a how did the Doctor escape that ha 🙂 Series 1 of New Who has been good to watch and find out new loves 🙂 drag my way through Rose sorry on my run of the series and Dalek didnt really make me go wow , in fact I enjoyed watching the Long Game couple years ago while at an outdoor cafe near a London Train Station with family and friends way more than Dalek in a quite place ha 🙂 , some ups and downs needles to say 🙂 nice to say that I think of the 10th Doctor “I’ve always wanted to say that” haha 🙂

I do like this Series more now, didnt really care about it before and why everyone holds it soo high, I found some more gems which is nice 🙂

Still working on a few but for special occasions like Father’s Day 🙂

However its somewhere aswell just wonder if I saw this at Christmas time like I did with an ep last year, dont think so, anway I beyond love The Unquiet Dead 🙂 that sounds good show of love ha 🙂

I have a rewvie of it , its soo sweet and heartwarming,  love the actor playing Charles Dickins 🙂 Simon Callow he is magnificent 🙂 love the setting , the villains, very enjoyable to watch with good ideas like the bodies being compared to recycling, love Charles through this and his joy when he sees the Tardis fly away his eyes opened to the Wonders of the World like Vincent Van Goth , a lovely historical and Christmas themed ep which I reviews somewhere and talked pleasantly about 🙂

10th Doctor 🙂 🙂 Gridlock 🙂 🙂 my fav Doctor Who ep ever not even Kinda could pass this one 🙂 Kinda so far is my fav Classic, this is my New Who version of fav ep but it beats all Classic too 🙂

I did a review on this, even talked about it in some comment section on a YouTube video 🙂

One of the earliest maybe the first Doctor Who eps I saw always loved it and re watching it was amazing 🙂 , I know its soo under valued, its amazing to me and I cried when watching it again, love the Motorway, the characters like Brannigan played by the wonderful Ardal O’Hanlon who was Dougal in Father Ted 🙂 and is now on Countdown 🙂 love the Macra soo much so its boosted The Macra Terror to my fav 2nd Doctor ep even though I struggled watching it 🙂 , the music in this is lovely and well placed and the song makes me cry, thinking of life and the time we have, there is joy and sadness at the end, The Doctor’s determination to get Martha back 🙂 the ideas and themes I love this ep above all other Who eps and I dont think thats gonna stop 🙂

11th Doctor – well this was one that changed, I have re watched all of Series 5 recently and loved it , I was also re watch a lot of 7 (and small amount of 6) , with Series 7 it was mainly the problem eps some I hated beyond any other Doctor who and the Reble Flesh ep was on that list too which still hasn’t clicked with me , re watching the problems of Series 7 was a surprising joy and lot of eps got fixed in my view maybe still out classed by others ect but it was good 🙂

This made picking the 11th Doctor era tough cause now I think hey are these other series 7 eps on equals with the 2 top’s but I pushed them down and stuck with what I always love , Nightmare in Silver and The Rings of Akhaten with The Bells of Saint John, recently The Crimson Horror and now the Snowmen coming close behind 🙂

I coudlt decided which is my fav fav they both are soo good was going with Nightmare in Silver this time around but had a new episode, as I mentioned somewhere again I decided to watch a Christmas ep last year and picked A Christmas Carol which I used to think was a drag, woah what a change 🙂

This episode was beautiful, heartwarming , gorgeous to look at, lovely song which I had different in my head for soo many years I was sure it was Silent Night 🙂 haha 🙂 , lovely timey wimey and themes , I enjoyed A Christmas Carol again few years back at school and have seen one of the original films recently couple months back I guess, good meories with Christmas Carol now lovely school teaches, great message and it helped me pass my English to get the best mark I could cause I could remember that story like the back of my hand and wrote and wrote and wrote about the whole thing and jumping between all the time’s past present future loved that story and I absolutely smashed it in the exams along with the poem section which I really liked 🙂

I wonder if I have my exam paper oh, cause were moving and it was last year ish dont know if the school would have it or me oh well I know I did super and my English teacher said he was very proud of me and I love that teacher he is soo kind and helpful saw him recently when shopping 🙂

So I was expecting a drag found absolute joy and warmth a great story and characters, The Doctor in this is amazing and soo powerful and caring its lovely and the directing this is the highlight of Series 5 for me which is already a beautofil series as I found on re watch such as the Pandorica ep’s what a beautiful way to end a series my fav Christmas Special and if not feeling a bit strange for picking a Christmas special as I cant see it as much as the other 2 for best 11th Doctor ep I do love this one soo much and decided its a treat and more of a treat as I dont really wanna watch it unless Christmas time think that’s beautiful 🙂

Halfway out of the dark 🙂

12th Doctor – Extremis 🙂 I love love love this ep, did a review, its soo awesome, the Monks are amazing one of the most powerful Doctor Who aliens we have ever seen, love the whole virtual reality 🙂 its very interesting story love the 12th Doctor, Bill and Nardol 🙂 some lovely lines like “dont invite the Pope while I’m on a date” or similar, where is my review ha cause I dont know what to say its just soo awesome, the look, the mystery, I loved series 10 when watching it all after missing most of it when it was airing in fact series 10 is my fav New Who Series 🙂 series 13 is soo close I think even was going better but just think 10 for now ha just everything was amazing, anyway loved that Series I got more and more happy as I went on eps just got better and better then Extremis smashed the bar for an already incredible series woah 🙂

If I didnt have soo much childhood love especially being one of my first eps of Doctor Who Extremis would beat Gridlock I adored this when I watched it 🙂

13th Doctor – Apparently Survivors of The Flux 🙂 I always had a soft spot of The Ghost Monument and a few other eps were quite nice, series 11 for me was just easy going to watch quite a nice little series 🙂 missed most of series 12 just seen the Master eps and Orphan 55 which I kinda had as my fav Jodie ep cause I liked it and in a way it was soo silly I liked it 🙂 so that and Ghost, Series 13 came along and smashed everything 🙂

I was there for the first time in years mmm maybe since series 6 or 5 watching at the same time as everyone live you know 🙂 and woah the Halloween Apocalypse was incredible, Swarm I love him soo much 🙂 all the ideas, speed, characters awesome awesome 🙂

This Series started amazing and kept getting better and better like Series 10 🙂 some eps I dont like as much but still 🙂 good to have you know 🙂

I have a review I am sure and I have noticed today with Series 13 its a roller coaster really, first ep amazing then it drops and then up again and it goes like that all the way through the Series wow 🙂 so I had a really tough choice between Halloween Apoclpyle , Once Upon Time , Survivors of The Flux and Eve of The Daleks 🙂 literally done a tier ranking and it was them and I agreed, apart from Eve of The Daleks the top was Survivors and it went -> that way in anti chronological order if that makes sense Halloween was last, this was a shock as I thought I liked Halloween more than Survivors or at least Once Upon Time but thinking about what’s in each ep I am confused and know I loved these eps and knew the series got better as it went on just feel like is it this, need to re fresh what else happend in each of these eps apart from the obvious , I really loved Halloween, then it dropped with the Sontaron one and suddenly Once Upon Time was all spacy and beautiful to look at cool characters ect and again Survivors was amazing and cool characters ect really confused whats best thought it would be Halloween as the one that kick started it all and I loved from the beginning , I took out Eve of The Daleks which I love and think its 8/10 not even sure if I like Power more have to re watch a lot of this series cause its all soo good but its not like Series 10 where Extremis just stood out above everything and I had the same problem with 11th Doctor series 7 there are soo many I love but the top 2 just are soo equal in awesomeness 🙂

Like I said in my 5 Doctor section , I am confused with what I like more and which had the better parts, Loved Halloween, loved all these 3 🙂 just at different points Halloween started something soo fresh soo well , Once Upon Time was cracking love to see the planets lovely characters ect, Survivors of The Flux felt like all the pieces were together and knocking chunks out of each other haha 🙂 awesome characters, amazing moments like Swarm and The Grand Serpent destroying those around them, I watched this and was soo soo hyped for the finale this was like perfect soo fun 🙂

Love vs the amazing things in the ep which makes the whole thing better 🙂

So anyway I struggled with the choice and so far I am sticking with what my trusty preference revealer tells me (its from Metebelis Two Podcast 🙂 ) but I really wanna re view this , loved Swarm and all the mysteries of Halloween and Dan too and his doggy friend 🙂 , Once Upon Time had more awesome characters and Swarm was destroying things and having fun 🙂 ooo was this the one with the time temple of Adropos I think so yeah that was nice and the Mole guy 🙂 the wrecked planets look beautiful , Belle’s story and the Cybermen was sweet 🙂 and the Survivors had a lot of awesome characters such as The Grand Serpent I love him 🙂 Swarm obliterating Tec Taun 🙂 soo many cool things coming together , The Passenger 🙂 loved this Series really need to work out all the parts of the 3 cakes not just the cherries 🙂

Onwards to more greatness I hope 🙂

This has been really fun just to ramble but with reminding myself why I love some of these eps soo much and the greatness of Who and the things we all love 🙂 hopefully I will love someone as much as I love Doctor Who 🙂 they would be very lucky indeed 🙂

thought about listing them again without the info ages ago but thought someone would say whats the point then or rambling on but actually if anyone wants the speedy review it would be good otherwise I can tell I a million voices are gonna tell me Silence will fall haha I know I know but this has been super and probs will change as I watch more Classic 3rd, 6th and 7th indeed 🙂 but for now I am me again hahaha 🙂 the rambler and the quoter 🙂

hey everyone 🙂 how are you all 🙂

I know this might be a bit of a side step and various people’s views on what’s occurring I understand.

I just wanna say in the memory section I am looking forward to 10th Doctor back even if he is the 14th hope it all goes well just nice to have my childhood back 🙂

I said this differently to a friend and maybe will find who it was and what I said but just feel young again 🙂 my first Doctor growing up on the show 🙂 it would be nice too to have Pokemon gen 4 and GTA 4 with Lego Indian Jones to complete my warm trip into childhood comfort hope one day can find these again as well as Viva Pinata 🙂 but just feel like hey RTD and David and my fav’s like Bernard Cribbins 🙂 love him always RIP are back in Who childhood joy and hopefully good memories to come 🙂

Its kinda crazy we’ve had multi Doctors eps and the 2nd Doctor Patrick Troughton 🙂 was back in the role with the 6th Doctor Colin Baker in that 80’s special 🙂 but to have a full set specials as I understand it with a previous Doctor as the lead how amazing 🙂 to look back and say hey David was in this era and then he was back again in this era 🙂 (for a lot of people like me) Childhood and Adulthood meet how lovely for a show that units all the family 🙂

I wanna start with phew , when I noticed my well notification I was in a bit of panic, was considering screenshotting the response to my friend and he could tell me if it was good or not but I braved it 🙂

Just used to rambling to much and annoying people so its a nice comfort to have support on that side and not feel like the odd one out thank you 🙂

Oh I understand what you mean its soo annoying , when watching Classic Who for example I really struggle to keep fucose and hear what was said and just like sense/understand what’s going on, I can find it really draining to get through Classic Who eps unless they just click with me like Kinda 🙂 , I love all Classic I just find it hard to process it especially the older ones like black and white and  re constructions and animations , always on the pause and go back button ha

Find this really annoying though recently, our wifi has become a bit wobbly and I normally can fix that on laptop and get through Who or whatever but sometimes I watch on our T.V. to ease up enjoy the big screen but recently watching The Call or whatever it was, (I liked the adverts for it seen one ep a while back so thought its a small series I can do some of that) I gave up.

I think I started somewhere on ep 2 then thought ah I gotta fully go through ep 1 and re fresh cause I think I missed a bit of it when it appeared on T.V. so I did that nearly lost my mind , the beginning bit in a call centre I know what’s gonna happen I’ve seen it before but I just wanted to absorb it all and got very confused what was being said and who was calling who ect just the beginning scene and each time I tried pausing go back a bit I get this little blub on our T.V. something is wrong ect ect and I have learnt to ignore that and wait till I can press back for that to go then the T.V. might start a loading symbol or get to the ep , its very stop and stall and lag and I quit something I thought I could breeze through and enjoy not far after the opening that I’ve already scene and know I must of seen nearly all of the first ep and somehow some of the second hahaha.

I had a friend round recently 🙂 , and I have been trying to make him watch Who with me, he comes to my house soo rarely and it takes us ages to pick an episode we get 1 episode every few months so we have small progress so far ha so we talked about what to pick, got the Cybermen 2 parter after maybe an hour and then its you gotta concentrate cause I wanna make sure he is understanding it sometimes I wonder ha but then this whole wifi issue and each time it started crashing and sometimes we just had to re start the ep and try to go back to where we were bit by bit as it pauses and moves and like just wait for it to load a scene, even just played the whole beginning again while looking at YouTube on my laptop while we waited to reach the part where they have just left the exploding Tardis, we eventually gave up and just watched funny kids shows from the 2000’s reaction video and had a good laugh down memory lane 🙂

this cheered me up soo much 🙂 I was telling my friend about my comment and was checking back on this page and was like hey where is what I was refereeing to before the previous comment ?

Turns out as I was writing my 2 or 3 confusions @rewvian the review champion I believe now posted his ideas while I was still working on my ‘hey wait a minute’ that flashed in my mind near the start of @dentarthurdent‘s review and that was at least 40 minutes between them hahahahha I must of been working on my confusion points for over an hour and it all seems shorter than that with the amount I sometimes write, time flew well I was having fun with the ideas 🙂 how crazy literally said ‘referring to the previous comment’ of @dentarthurdent‘s post and now between reading that and posting mine I sandwiched @rewvian what a steam train I am could ramble into next year with my thoughts haha typical me what a good and funny surprise it was to suddenly not see @dentarthurdent‘s post behind mine haha 🙂

I hope I am free to keep writing sometimes it brings surprise joy and laughter even to me 🙂

I was reading the previous lovely review, at the part talking about the Bishop being River’s warden and something struck me and yes its soo early on the 2 parter that I could hope onto IPlayer and check but since I’ve just thought of this now and never before and sort of broken my pretty good enjoyment of the ep just now which is strange cause if I got my reviews out yesterday all what have been pretty positive

I just wondered – River was on the big spaceship , with a weeping angle on it , (crashed why actually is it the angle draining the ships’ engine power or something ? ) anyway so River lands in the Tardis quo “follow that ship” then we arrive after the opening theme and later on we get the Bishops tornado teleport in haha 🙂 and they talk and its clear River told these people about The Doctor well sending them an army even though they are an army so I guess more men the merrier they were thinking.

My confusion that sprung to mind while half reading the review – if River is meant to be in Storm Cage Jail, A she has already killed the Doctor so that makes it interesting can’t explain why right now it just it just feels interesting to me already done the Doctor in and floating around like not a care or regret about that wow

However big B if River has escaped prison which I thought was under some sort of base or something but she is escaping a flying spaceship which crashed wow this gets worse has I go through ;

I used to think the jail was under a base, in the ep she is escaping from it I guess with the lipstick then she fly’s out the door and the ship crashes so 3 problems and I did really enjoy these eps and never thought of this before

Where is Storm Cage is it on that ship or they just transporting River to it with the Ship so she broke out the ship jail before getting to storm cage ? that would help clear some issues cause if they are the same place I am very confused , the ship is smashed but we have other scenes of storm cage jail guessing at various time line points so maybe those are before the Angels events which leaves me wondering the Doctor knows of this storm cage place why didn’t he check if there was an angle in there or it ever try to get him maybe create a paradox but seems wonky the angle wouldn’t care, and its not massive a time line issue wouldn’t break the universe I mean its a bit like Back to The Future if that angel is there and it doesn’t interact with The Doctor vise versa nothing should break I reckon even though it doesn’t seem catastrophic as the Doctor has meet lots of people and aliens at various points through out their time lines bit example is River in these very episodes 🙂

Pretty much how did the angle get on that ship and is that ship storm cage ? maybe no but you do wonder since the areas look soo similar the jails and corridors and they Bishop is her jailer as @dentarthurdent says.

I think its mentioned as like a buyer wants the angle that’s why it’s there like in The Angels take Manhattan but that seems bit silly and if its not said in the ep we are back to why is the Angle there ?

big B River out of jail – ship boom everyone there gone, so how does the army people track down River ? like I said I am sure she called them but why , what is River thinking calling the people who are her jailers ? like the Bishop guy has River under his protection and knows all about who she killed ect why call them when she just escaped the jail ?

Big C yes the ship crashed cause the angel somehow you would thought there would be better pro cautions oh well , its said the Angle crashed the ship to get back to that planet and its species ok that’s fine but why is River on the same ship that has a weeping angle if she is meant to be under guard , yes it could be a prison ship or transporter but I wouldn’t risk my prized prisoner with a weeping angle on the same ship especially as said weeping angel can just crash the ship with ease at any point, good thing River knew somehow or was she investigating the ship, why be on it then to tell them your gonna die the ships gonna crash A good thing she knows and escapes B good thing she has the Doctor.

Urgh I can tell I will drive people round the bend this ep is just collapsing on me, she can’t be investigating if she is locked there , then how does she know its gonna crash ect

Anyway Spaceship crash – River for some reason calls the people who are her jailers maybe its a law like the ankle bracelet around certain people to stop them breaching out of a radius or into a radius they aren’t meant to maybe River has to have these jailers with her and yes it could just be the Bishop but for simple terms I would think he would tell his crew this is River she is under storm cage rule.

So she calls them in , there is a thing that can never die in there , they all find out its a weeping angel I reckon these bishops had a connection with the people on the crashed spaceship too , I know for plot or just forget about it people will say but why after River escaped the ship/possible prison why are these jailers like yeah lets go in the big cave to find and capture a weeping angle with the person who should be locked in storm cage ?

Even through the episodes the Bishop threatens River “Your under my order” something like that and I will tell the Doctor what you did ect so he knows her value to storm cage and what she did, he knows to keep her under watch and will return her back I am sure he says after the day’s done especially if she risks his crew he will tell The Doctor and probs take her back … then why through the 2 eps are you allowing her to stroll through the cave after a weeping angel and then it gets worse when shock every statue there is a weeping angle in a maze of the dead catacombs and all, if I was walking next to the crown Jules (Sci Fi it up 🙂 ) why if someone could take it and in this case send River back in time to who knows where or kill her out right as we see in this ep with the snapping of the necks why is nobody saying lets get out, the Bishop doesn’t command everyone leave or take River out of the danger no just risk it all and Mr Bishop gets killed and all his team so that did well for track River down and watch her like a guard after she escaped.

Where does she go after this the Pandorica, I know its all -> <- this way that way with the Doctor and River’s time line but is this the end of Storm Cage ? after she been there broke out of there a few times like in A Good Man goes to War , I thought about it I dont think she is in Storm Cage at the begging of The Pandorica she is ruling the Romans ha 🙂 so all this time line I think this is the end of Storm cage but not in The Doctor’s view or us the audience , a first time kiss in The Moon 2 parter so its an early point in the Doctor’s time line, I really do think since we see Storm Cage how we do and River seems set free at some point I can’t remember and I think I remember some words of they let her off cause the Doctor ?? she is never caught again by Storm Cage The universe is re set so why re set Storm cage didn’t things change like Amy got her parents, River is walking outside ? just the eye patch people caught River but its not connected to Storm cage, Series 6 time line is re set again Eye Patch is gone , spacesuit stull happens but different and River is back right ? oh no she just experienced the Weeping Angle ep but to Amy they just did the time line with trains and pyramids.

Anyway not sure what happens afterwards if there is something in between , we get the next Weeping Angles ep and River is back in time with her own book , thing the Doctor takes her somewhere at the end but I dont know if its mentioned then at the end of 11th’s live before Trenzelor is re shifted , and the romantic night and the library and not sure if there is something after that – this is long and probs very boring I just thing the Series 5 Angle 2 parter is a bit wonky now and is the ending of Storm Cage and wonder why the Weeping angles didn’t show up in the Pandorica don’t remember if they are mentioned with the ships or cause they all got wiped from time and the Manhattan ones are just a few left compared to the Aplan ones and that happens later anyway after a re set Universe so must have re set the Angles in wow cool 🙂

I should write Who novels someday ha, sorry for the insane ramble just got struck by confusion and trying to plot it out give all the possibilities and try to eliminate some my best guess is the Spaceship crashed River for some reason calls her jailers , all of the army/jailer people get killed through the 2 eps and don’t seem to get back the ones who walked into the light so I cause from a non linear non subjective view point 🙂 that’s the end of Storm Cage and River is free after those events 🙂

Maybe read this when you’re trying to doze off for the night ha it’s like a mini chapter in itself haha 🙂

Just to clarify cause I thought how it sounds when I say empty room its my things and my wardrobes ect bed side tables and so on , only have a bed and one empty shelf unit left oh and my desk chair with no desk so feel sick its empty but small though it is bigger now than its ever been in 12 years without all the stuff its messing with my head and I am already upset , every time I like into the left corner where my biggest appliance was my wardrobe with all my nice jackets and shirts and some comic books I feel like vertigo looking at that corner and seeing all of it that was hidden and there is nothing there now the length feels smaller but the width wider even though my room is actually longer than it is wide my poor head ha.

hey everyone how are you all 🙂

I know I just posted that was like a hey I am working on something ha 🙂

I dont really go here much normally on the comfy sofa and would rather be there , I was thinking which is more appropriate so I went here.

 

Would anyone like to talk to me , about anything or Doctor Who , I am feeling down sick of wasting my time on people who dont care about you just want money or whatever and my family is practically throwing all my stuff away cause were moving 🙁

I am trying to save my things tried calling a friend and packed 3 bags full of my stuff to try and safe from being thrown away but he is in hospital he is fine but it doesn’t seem he can make it so I wont sleep properly worried my things will disappear and worried about my driving lessons , my room is very empty and its making me feel sick just being here the size feels wrong and I do really feel light heaed but I cant go downstairs at risk of what you being doing this whole time (many hours) and have you been packing things away instead of letting us well throw it away

Its not fair all my stuff has to go cause were moving and can only take like 10 boxes but they keep all there and nobody ever checks with me or checks whats being thrown away nearly lost some family photos cause nobody checks and now I wont relax cause I know there are bags in the car and probs a lot of my stuff and memories like I lost last week and it breaks me.

So I am tried of liars when trying to find love and new friends , my room is making me feel sick and my memories and items that I wanna keep and a lot of it I wanted to keep for my future family and show them things I own and give them what I used to have is at risk of going in the bin or to some random charity shop place which I know is for the good but why doesn’t anyone ask me and why cant I pass things down to my future family by temporally storing them with my friends since I am not allowed to take much to the country we are moving to being Portugal , its not my fault I got gifts bought things ect over many years to just say hey were moving all the things that made your room feel like home throw it away why 🙁

So I know this is a lot and this isnt a therapy place but to me talking to people and distracting myself is and as I sit in my empty room with my 3 bags stuffed with things I am trying to save please would anyone like to talk to me thank you.

I sort of wanted to jump speed my theory/idea cause in a better mood after a nice rainy walk with Molly and some good music and thought people will have lots of ideas and variations on love 🙂

So just now I got Iplayer up and looked at all series 5 eps 🙂 and wow my idea works sound my own trumpet haha but seriously I am just happy to be back and feel useful to you all 🙂

So as I say its good knowledge Series 5 New Who is the fairly tale Series and I mentioned how that fits with love in my previous messages and I could go in depth with each ep 🙂 but just hopping through for now 🙂

Eleventh Hour is trying to get us the audience to love the new Doctor show him off whats he like make you feel comfortable with him , soo many people me too loved the Tenth Doctor so its very important after the giant he was for the show to help us move on and love the next 🙂

In the ep we have ideas of the wedding which runs through the series and we do have our first married couple in this series 🙂 Rory and Amy love each other they are soon to be married that fits 🙂 and I guess the Doctor’s speech about planet Earth and “I’ve put a lot of work into it” shows his care for it and love of Earth and most importantly humanity 🙂

I explained the Beast Below and Dalek ep so check it out 🙂 love of home , love of friends ect 🙂 and the Angel 2 Parter with faith and love being connected and River and The Doctor love each other even if its not at that point in their time line the Doctor would know her importance and loves a good mystery haha thats another one and they are flirty with each other and there are hints so it works 🙂

Side note – Amy trys to kiss ect the Doctor which is parts of love too even though its not great for that ep cause she is meant to be preparing for her Wedding ect but she is in shock ect 🙂

Vampires of Venice the City of Love 🙂 and what I mentioned its literally a date for Amy and Rory ep 🙂

I did Amy’s Choice and the Silurian 2 parter love of home , family , who Amy will choice who she truly loves 🙂

Also The Doctor’s Wife was meant to be in this Series and thats a love for us audiences a love of the show its history and the Doctor and The Tardis finally get to talk and bond and its sweet true love their “I will always be here for you ” 🙂

Vincent and The Doctor 🙂 I love Vincent Van Goth and soo do many of you , the ep highlights who is was his life ups and downs and there is a love of art, beauty in the world like the stary night scene 🙂 love of what you do even if others tear you down , he is one of the most loved artists ever and you can sense the Doctor’s love and admiration for him 🙂 love even in a broken man its beautiful he still sees beauty and love in the world and he tries to get with Amy a few times ha 😉 he is looking for love companionship someone to carry his burden 🙂

Side note Amy senses a lost love cause what happend to Rory and Vincent picks up on the pain when you really miss someone you love/loved

The Lodger 🙂 not sure but the ship wants to return home which is why its trying and accidently burning the people maybe you could love it longs to be home not sure if its love , ofcourse more clearly is the love between Craige and his to be partner friends at first but there is a chemistry how all good love starts 🙂 and they get together with The Doctor’s help in a way at the end beat the threat through the power of love like in Criages next ep and have a child later on 🙂 The Doctor sticks with Craige to look after him and encourage those around him 🙂 he looks after Craige his friend thats a kind of love 🙂

Also all the people who get lured in we are told they are the ones wanting to leave whatever they are all going through they are clearly out of love that women crying especially maybe if they had someone they wouldn’t wanna leave like Craige wants to stay to be with the women and yes the the glasses guy who knows if they are out of love but its lures them love of helping people being kind and have you seen such and such or help me it prays on our nature to look out for people and help 🙂

The Pandorica the aliens pray on Amy’s memory of Stone Henge the Romans ect love of history and childhood books fairy tales again  🙂 love of River and The Doctor , lots of characters we the audience love such as Vincent and the Liz 10, think of all the planets and people who love the Doctor for helping them these enemies hate him for that and fear he will break the universe they are stopping him out of love of wrecking the world but as in the ep for fear of him destroying the universe and the unite together to stop him Daleks , Cybermen ect all together to protect the universe a team stopping fighting to save their world thats a love a love between a team and a common goal that units them 🙂 Rory breaks his condition of being an Auton out of his love for Amy even if he shoots her it was hard for him to stop that and like a fairly tale your Prince or true love can return out of nowhere like magic when you need them most Rory comes back for Amy like a fairly tale 🙂 ooo bingo I was struggling to find all the love to fit the theme for this ep clearly the love Rory has for 2000 years to protect Amy and guarding here thats mentioned in the ep right he was guarding it he beat that Cyberman and in the next ep he stays 2000 years to do that job but he was already protecting it in The Pandorica and he truly loves her and missed her , love soo strong it reminds her of him and thats half why he is back right and thats like when people struggle to communicate or have dementia for example it can be tough but you know they love you and sometimes the cloud is gone and they are back to who they were and remember you and love you the power of love 🙂

And we have the wedding 🙂 yay thats been running through the series 🙂 weddings are a place of love and team on the day and as long as the people live or their love lasts a vowel to love and Amy brings back everyone through her love and her mind 🙂 her parents The Doctor ect and the married couple is happy true love 🙂

A Christmas Carol I love this ep 🙂 its about well love all of it , Sardick thats his name he is a rotten cold hearted man , thats through his experiences of love and I know that sometimes, I sometimes think I am never gonna meet anyone or people trick me and break my heart , going through many dating sites hope I find someone sweet someday 🙂 but poor Sardick lived a love of broken love he lost his love she well kinda died to him and like in a Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens thats what corrupts him and hollows him out , the Doctor steps in going through his time line to show him who he was is and could be like the story and show him love and brings it back into his heart 🙂 , the people on the plane need someone to save them and only Sardick can do it but he doesnt care about them or them dying he doesnt love others only money perhaps and the Doctor breaks down his barriers , Christmas is a time for love and family breaking down fudes ect coming together in the most heart warming of months 🙂  the story is about love the power of love , how it can break you but why you should keep it warm in your heart and help others and find love for being good to people 🙂

Its also Amy and Rory’s honey moon which is a love period too and many couples love going on the honey moon after the wedding 🙂

I think Christmas and this ep feels you with warm and love and joy of the world and people 🙂 love that units breaks down trauma and fuedes of even decades sometimes like a Christmas Carol there never was a man soo jolly 🙂

And Sardick gets a night with his love one last time and merry night 🙂

I forgot to mention the Love the Doctor has for River and vise versa which links the two angle eps with love and also religious faith (from the future church people) which is tied to love and love of others 🙂 , the Siliarn 2  parter has love of Earth where your from. love of family the Women and her kid, the Siliran’s Sister I know series 5 is built as a fairy tale but isn’t most fairy tales like Beauty and the Beast built on love, acceptance of who you and people are, true love no matter what others thing which further supports my each ep has hints or has elements of love idea 🙂

I watched this again (maybe seen at least 3 times) on my aim to complete Series 5 and reading the previous comment about the difficult choices and how each was paired with risk of disaster or torture there was not a clear path that didn’t cause damage.

Yes Amy figured it out and I like the explanation a kind creature looking to help didn’t need to be forced and tortured to guarantee it to keep helping though I thought of something and was it explained in the episode ?

The Spaceship built around the Star Whale is like a life support for these people of Great Britian, the Sun was dying or exploding they mentioned the sky or people burning, so the Star Whale saved them cause the children were hurting and crying that’s fine but why are these people 250 or 500 years later (not sure which) still on the ship ?

The escaped Earth and the disaster you would think in 500 years of traveling they would have found a planet to land/settle on (like in New Earth our own World/Earth home from home) or called for help by now from others also just thought ah its Earth spaceship tech its not very fast like our tech now but its powered by a Star Whale who surely as a Species fly through space at great distances, so I wonder why its been 500 years and nobody wants to leave the ship or have a goal to land somewhere they just keep going into space.

I think its like a hint to our human nature ;

1 we don’t want to push to find a better solution if the current one isn’t harming us, like climate change we didn’t really want to change anything but now it harms us, our crops, nations ect more notice and are working to fix it cause we are scared of the danger that will come if we keep causing it, by nature if we are  safe, happy to settle and think the next better path is far away or difficult to achieve we just stick where we are we don’t like going into the unknown and leaving safety, these people have lived on the ship for generations they don’t want to give it up for a chance of a better place what if the next planet is damaged again they have flexibility and security on their ship and a community identity.

2 Maybe they are accustomed to it and the trauma of why they left Earth with the Star Whale they find comfort in the ship and its like a hoarder dont want to give it up cause it reminds you of something you love it has value or importance or from an experience like a family member gave this something to you and gave it meaning,

These people were facing a dying planet they were saved why give up the thing that saved them and that memory and tale of that day and how they were saved it’s become their history and something they wont give up cause that day and how they made it is important to them and is like they are holding on to it and wont move on, move off the ship or ask for help to a better live from others in the universe they are content with being stuck living on that ship cause they dont want it to lose its meaning its their first way out of a burning earth its their first empire out into space its like the first of anything highly important to people and treated like gold.

I dont think its ever mentioned we are heading to blah blah this planet, their just roaming randomly through space till what they find a perfect planet ? , I dont think they want to leave give up the tradition and life style lasting hundreds of years on that ship which has become home.

The Doctor doesn’t ask where you going or its time to go home nothing like that, what happens when the Star Whale dies of old age or is hit by a meteorite these people have no final destination and are gonna be stranded in space with no engine.

Would any of you be content to live on the same spaceship all your life when right outside our amazing planets ect just imagine if you lived on a train for all your life would you ever think I could step off here and experience outside that I have seen through the windows for decades.

Interesting for humanity we love our home soo much even on Earth you feel better when your home and vulnerable and lost without it, a lot of people I see on T.V. shows like when they move aboard or go on holiday they say “I love this place (such as a hotel) but I would never life here” you could be in the best hotel you know or a nice camp site but everyone wants to go home eventually you feel sick or trapped if you had to live in a place that doesn’t feel like home even if it would be an amazing holiday/temporary place its our nature but nothing like this desire to go home is ever mentioned in the ep even if its just what people know on that ship surly they would like to visit new places and they say the ship is called the Great British something sorry for not remembering so they keep their home land name why not go back or find a new Earth ironically

You know I feel like the series (5) is about being with the ones you love or the things you love , from the Doctor loving Churchil and the guy in the ep the half robot who loves that women Dorabella , love in the Pandorcia and the Big Bang make the stories good and family connection whats important, Vampires of Vennice is the Doctor literally setting up a date and Amy’s Choice is about who she wants to be with , I could probs find the meaning of love in all of Series 5 eps so where is the love of home or anything in The Beast below , its not even said the people love the whale as the Doctor says they just use it instead of an engine but the Star Whale loves The Children just be good to hint or say what about your love of home Earth something like that 🙂

Wow I have missed talking Doctor Who things haha sorry its too much as usual I think this is just comforting to me to keep thinking as I go and really squeeze all the juices out of an idea, observation or review 🙂

I’ve tried asking around , asking some friends but so far nothing so wondering if anyone here as heard ;

There is a Halloween Parade event down Southend tomorrow (29/10/22) starts at 6 (18:00) , well I was trying to find anyone kind or my friends preferably to go with , very nervous about going by myself not knowing anyone there but am interested in the event since were moving country so feel like last chance to do something like this , wondering if anyone here was/is close to that area and maybe wants to tag along with me and enjoy this really cool event 🙂

There is also a prize for best Halloween costume and I have seen an art event , submit 2 pieces of work I reckon to be judged not sure if thats the same event or for another Halloween event and I am struggling to find the page its on sorry if anyone is arty and interested start with the Southend Halloween Parade event and hope you find the art one too I am not sure if my link works cause its a link from a page, anyway thanks everyone hope you all have a nice time whatever spooky things your up to or just relaxing 🙂

I’m back, just I dont know kinda desperate to talk to people, been going through a lot of mental pain and just feel soo broken, nightmares nearly every night ect , I know this isnt the general place for this but I just wanna talk to some people some friend that care and it can be about anything in this pub crawl place.

I went to another forum for a while bit of everything ofcourse looking for fellow Doctor Who lover but a range of topics and great writers which gave me some hindsight with my story, however I suffered a lot of pain and reached out there out of desperation, made my own post about looking for support and some people got back to me but it was quite often “nobody can do anything here seek professional help/counselling” I know they all meant well and I understand but for few reasons I cant do that right now and often rely on my friend to get me through the hard times, but I’ve been losing a lot of friends these past months and other stresses ect I feel soo broken and then one of the people in charge of the forum got cross at me for talking a lot in posts and threated to ban me from the site and I rarely go there now, lost a lot of friends and a sort of escapism and recently I’ve suffered nightmares and regret day after day many tears and angry people who used to be my friends, so I’m back but not about Doctor Who necessarily.

As I said I know this isnt really the place for this and many will say call a helpline, seek professional help but I honestly cant and just looking for friends and people to talk to and support me I guess, I dont wanna be a burden but just know I have someone who actually cares for me when I’m losing soo many and going through other horrible situations.

Thank you everyone for listening hope I’m alright to post this and start a discussion ect not just for me but anybody who feels alone, mental stresses, feeling like cant talk to family ect ect just all wanna help each other I hope and if anyone needs my help I’m always happy to help , I love my friends and always look after them make sure their ok and try and help them with their problems such as my friend who is very suicidal but I’m trying my best to keep him going so I dont want this to become nobody can help anyone here cause sometimes a professional face isnt available or isnt the best match often its great but not always helpful to suggest if that makes sense so just be kind to everyone and hope any of us could help those in need.

Has anybody seen the film Career Opportunities (1991)

I found a song over clips of it few weeks back, very relaxing and enjoyable then watched some clips of the film on YouTube and a essay on it, apparently its very good but didn’t go well in the box office typical ha, anyway I recommend checking it out if you can or sharing your thoughts on it 🙂

I really like the characters, the dialogue and the sweet nature of it all 🙂

Its nice to be back and read soo many great things 🙂

I had a busy week visiting Hospital , events with family and friends ect so just trying to relax now and been watching lots of Snooker and Doctor Who 🙂

Over this past 2 days I have watched about 8 Classic Who stories ( a record for me ha 🙂 ) though some parts are missing , I saw 2 with The Third Doctor and Joe and the rest with The Fourth Doctor , I really liked the 2 eps with 3rd and Joe they seem to have a humors relationship and Joe is very smart , my likeness and now fondness for both and the Unit family has grown 🙂 even had the Second Doctor in one story which was nice 🙂

I really enjoyed many of the eps especially the Fourth Doctor ones , its great to remind one’self of why and how Tom Baker is such an amazing Person , Actor and Doctor 🙂 my fav Doctor as always 🙂 and Leela is amazing very funny smart and a unique companion, it was a cool treat to read back my thoughts on her as a companion like 4 Months ago in this area of the Fourm 🙂 before finding my comments on her today I would tell you she is smart, very interesting character and I love her rebellious and capable side, tough cookie if that’s ok to say, its funny how The Doctor keeps stopping her from attacking anyone, she isnt afraid of much sort of inspirational and she has a good heart , really great companion 🙂 now in addition to what I thought of her character 4 months back I have a more rounded picture on the Character 🙂 and I love her character 🙂

The acting from everyone in all these eps I have seen recently is excellent , funny, some exuberant but all great which really boosts , allows for great atmosphere and enjoyment in eps 🙂

Happy to be back and finding a new enthusiasm to watch Classic Who the characters + acting is a major strength to that enthusiasm 🙂

Short review for now since watching Snooker with my Dad 🙂

Spoilers

I think it was pretty good, had some nice new ideas especially for a finale.

Liked a lot of the character dynamics.

I feel something was missing though like it didnt quite hit the mark and the real excitement and pace kicked in later which is what I was waiting for from the start of this Final ep especially given the Series so far and the next time trailer.

I liked how Asure had more focus, slightly felt like Swarm was left out, I could see part of the solution when The Doctor landed where Passenger was but hey oh I like working things out ahead of time but I wonder how others felt about it, liked how Passenger felt like a hero at the end, a lot of beautiful colors and shots ect just wanted a bit more of that.

I was waiting for a CyberMen/Dalek/Sontaran fight, it felt slightly lack lusterd but I liked the fact The Sontarans trick and betray them for strategic advantage across the Universe 🙂

The Dialouge was half and half sometimes The Doctor may have said the obvious bit too much and sometimes we had nice character to character dialogue. themes and call backs 🙂

My fav of this was The CyberMen “What is the meaning of this” ? after realizing they have been betrayed 🙂 classic 🙂

Swarm and Auzure if they are gone went out a bit easy for what power they had ect like I said before, they were such great villains sort of hope they come back like The Daleks in the next time trailer.

Short ish review so I am missing out a lot of the good/bad parts for me and nice touches ect but it was nice. it was like a diamond it looks nice and there were nice elements just wanted a better condition for my worth 🙂

8-10 I think wanna re watch this one hope it clicks a bit more with me 🙂

Spoilers ahead in case

This ep felt like they were cutting too quick between time periods I sort of wanted to see more before switching to the next, however it all sort of clicked into place eventually and all was very interesting and enjoyable 🙂

Loving the characters and moments, the trailer for part 6 has me smiling from ear to ear 🙂

The Grand Serpent guy is a gem 🙂 , I loved him before and was like mmm I want to seem him being threatening and making powerful moves again but it was lovely when you realize he has slowly been breaking down UNIT (which is why I think we hear that Unit has been scrapped in Resolution nice foreshadowing 🙂 )  and has a big grand plan and then bang Lupari Ships are under attack and The Sontarans are back nice 🙂

Loved a lot of the dialogue and jokes especially the guy on the Mountain 🙂 and it was nice to sort of feel like I was watching a different show sort of Indian Jones , you dont often get that in Doctor Who and then back to Aliens ect 🙂

Swarm and co were class 🙂 , I really liked the power and idea of The Women in White and her acting is great, bit of mixed feelings regarding who she is) but very nice however I jumped with joy when Swarm took her out the picture 🙂 , loving all the new villains 🙂

Loved when Bel and Karvanista went from fighting each other to fighting over the controls of the ship 🙂

Loved the scene where The Sontaran Ships teleport above The Lupari Defensive 🙂

Really interesting with great moments especially towards the end, lovely payoffs to things, I am looking forward to ep 6 very much 🙂

Side Note – Just wondering if anyone knows a good way to watch The Sarah Jane Adventures, yes there are reactions videos on YouTube ect but there is no option from what I can find to watch full episodes that havnt been cut or has bad sound mixes ect, I’m just after the full experience you know like it was when I was young and it was on T.V.

hey @dentarthurdent I liked the ep but all I can say is Bravo 🙂

I have seen/heard many problems with this ep though I love how you went all out and though I was laughing quite often with what you say (all correct ofcourse) I like your boldness and I am sorry that the ep really annoyed you.

hey everyone 🙂

Just going round couple eps from 10th and 11th Doctors

I guess some of these specific ep posts havnt been discussed in a while , mayby I will need to put this on the comfy sofa 🙂

Just watched ‘A Town Called Mercy’ 🙂 I think its actually pretty good.

Used to think it was slow or wasnt special I guess and I didnt like the Cyborg guy but the re watch really helped in many ways and not in others.

I think its too quick actually, we are sort of missing the big emotional elements cause are intensive to care for the people is sped up.

Bit knee jerking how quick the Doctor when from singing the praises of this blue mark guys species to kicking him out the town from pure rage.

1. I dont understand the guys character fully, I get that he wants to help people after what he has done, one I am not sure if the ep tells us thats fake just so people will let him live but then it tells us its real he feels sad about it all and wants to help others bit wonky which we are meant to feel.

2. After watching Amy’s choice you know the Dream Lords desire and how he pushes people makes sense but in this ep the blue guy is absolutely terrified when The Doctor snaps on him and throws him out the town, but in other scenes he provokes The Doctor making him angry and saying my life is in your hands sort of thing even The Doctor asks him if he really wants him to throw him out the town.

It felt strange, one min the guy is nice trying to make up for his mistakes and wanting to live, the next he is tempting The Doctor to kick him out to end his life and at the end after we get the actually smart big plan where he is happy with running to the hills to flee he changes his mind again and destroys himself and then the ep plus the Cyborg wants you to feel sorry for him like what ?? its not working emotionally as it could/should causes its soo flip floppy and the ep feels like its flying ahead (not slow in my mind anymore) so the whole issue once you try working out why The Doctor is soo mad and what blue mark guy wants its at the end and its soo weird.

Apart from that which is the big error in this story for me everything else was pretty fine for what we are looking at – a fun western with a twist.

Positive notes – At times you can see The Doctor working it out the solution and I like sometimes a character will says something and The Doctor focuses on what was said and uses that to have a eureka moment and find the solution, I have seen this a lot with 11 , in The Angel Two Parter a lot, I think in Amy’s Choice ect ect which is cool to see how The Doctor is working which I dont think happens with The 13th but mayby she has a different way of showing that she is working something out.

I liked the Cyborg a lot more this time round and at the end he felt genuinely human 🙂

The Western environment and the character were nicely realized 🙂
